Turns out there was more to Sae-A…
The core of Petersen's theories regarding the Clintons and their connection to Haitian trafficking revolved around the Caracol Industrial Complex. Caracol was built in October 2012.
According to Greg Milne, a Clinton Foundation official, the Clinton Foundation helped to promote Caracol as an investment destination and worked to attract new tenants and investments to the park.
Sae-A officials credited the Clintons for “bringing together the: private sector [aid groups], individuals, and others who care about the country to tackle and work towards a better Haiti."

Before the 2010 Earthquake in Haiti, Bill Clinton had been appointed by General Ban Ki-Moon, the Secretary of The United Nations (UN).
Bill Clinton became the special “envoy” to Haiti. Also during this time Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State, and in charge of International aid and USAID (US Agency for International Development).
USAID was big in all this.

Immediately after the earthquake, the U.S. passed a law known as the
“Haiti Economic Lift Program (HELP)”... which gave "preferential tariffs for Haitian-produced garments."
USAID announced that they would work with Haiti… using HELP funds…to build the Caracol Industrial Complex.
They also said that Sae-A Trading Company would be the garment for the Complex. (We will refer to them as Sae-A going forward).

Additionally…It turns out that Woong-Ki Kim also employed the consulting services of
Black Ivy, a company founded and run by Cheryl D. Mills.
As we discussed a few days ago, Mills was Hillary Clinton's Chief-of-Staff, while Hillary was Secretary of State under Barack Obama.
Mills was also Bill Clinton’s Defense Attorney during his impeachment.
Mills was also the U.S. representative on the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission.
Mill’s Conflict-of-interest was astounding.

the project to build the S&H School in Caracol, as mentioned earlier.
It's safe to say the Clintons were intimately involved with Sae-A Trading Co. and its development...and childcare programs.
If Caracol was just an “industrial park”, why was it so controversial, and why did Petersen believe it supported child trafficking?

They set up their Vietnam factory near Tam Binh Orphanage.
They set up their Guatemala factory near an orphanage.
And then they set up the Caracol Industrial Complex…near the S&H School in Haiti.
