John Hutchison is a reclusive “mad scientist”…who became an expert in Nikola Tesla’s experiments. Self taught.

Hutchinson worked with Tesla coils and replicated many of his experiments in the late 1970’s/early 80’s….including the “Death Ray,” and a smaller “Philadelphia Experiment.”

This of course caught the attention of the Canadian Government, where he once lived…as well as the U.S. Military.

John Hutchison felt something hit his shoulder.

It was a piece of metal.

John threw the piece of metal back to where it seemed to have originated, and it flew up and hit him again!!

“Individual” applied for it in 2000 and it was “granted” in 2002.

So basically in 2000 they had the technology.

I’ve been super busy during the day and it’s when I can share what I find. 😀

Let’s keep going with the “Hutchinson Effect”presentation relative to 9/11.

The hypothesis is that on 9/11/2001, there may have been three elements in play (manufactured)…which would have met the criteria for the “Hutchinson Effect.”

As we discussed, under specific conditions, as discovered by
John Hutchinson and Nikola Tesla,
“The Hutchinson Effect” can cause the bending of metals, levitation, and a stealth phenomena.

Seemingly these things were going on during 9/11 with the destruction of the World Trade Towers.

Some kind of massive energy force appeared to be in play.

As we discussed yesterday…the first element necessary
to create the “Hutchison Effect” is:
High Voltage Gradient.
It has been theorized that Hurricane Erin 2001, the Class 3 hurricane that hit off the NY and East coast…met that requirement.

And we know that weather manipulation was already in play even in 2001.
