As we talked about on Monday…on January 12, 2010, the Caribbean nation of Haiti experienced a devastating earthquake.
100,000 Haitians died, 200,000+were injured, and 900,000+ were left homeless.

Was the earthquake manufactured as we postulated a few days ago? Or did it happen naturally?

What about the training exercises?
Remember, we have pointed out that “training exercises” (involving Federal agencies or the Military) on or the day before these “catastrophic” or “False Flag” events has become commonplace. Coincidence? Doubtful.

The Haiti “story” involving the Clintons and others is so convoluted and packed with information, we need to break it down into parts: the money grab, child trafficking, and organ harvesting.

Right after the 2010 earthquake hit Haiti, the United States…under the leadership of Barack Obama…swooped in to “help” rush in aid to one of the world’s poorest nations. Essentially, the US took over…uninvited.

The Obama administration…working in concert with Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State at the time…appointed former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush as “coordinators” of U.S. relief efforts.

Bill Clinton, specifically, was put in charge of billions of dollars that flowed from the U.S and other nations… to Haiti.

Where was the money coming from?

The U.S. alone had given over $3.1 billion… via The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) organization...which was supposed to work out to more than $300 for each Haitian citizen.

If you recall in previous presentations…USAID is just another front for the C-I-A. And we all know just how involved the C-I-A is with The Cabal/Deep State.

Who benefited from all this aid to Haiti?
Almost no Haitians.

Sadly, even today, many of those who became homeless after the earthquake, are still without permanent housing today.

I forwarded on a message from a fellow DEEP DIVES follower who described just how bad it currently is in Haiti. Heartbreaking.

Almost none of the money that was supposed to go to the people in Haiti went to them. Rather, it went to foreign governments, private companies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)...such as the Red Cross.

RED CROSS
The Red Cross alone took in as much as $486 million for relief efforts.

What did they do with the money? They built only 6 homes. Meanwhile, the CEO of the American Red Cross, Gail McGovern, receives a salary of more than $1,000,000 per year.

The Red Cross wasn’t really interested in building homes; rather they were interested in the more evil and nefarious piece of the child trafficking operation that we will discuss later.
Q tells us just how corrupt they are...

USAID
1/3rd of each “USAID” dollar went to reimbursing the U.S. military for its intervention actions.
$220 million+ went to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, $150 million went to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and $350 million went straight back to USAID.
Only one cent out of every dollar made it to the government of Haiti (when it was supposed to be $300/Haitian).

For other countries helping with relief efforts, the split was similar. After accounting for militaries, civilian entities, NGOs, private contractors and the Red Cross, as little as one percent of the money made it to the Haitian government.

IHRC
In the wake of the disaster, the government of Haiti set up the “Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC)”... co-chaired by Bill Clinton and former Haitian Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive.
Nearly 1500 government contracts were awarded to companies providing relief aid.
The U.S. Ambassador to Haiti at the time, Kenneth Merten, sent a cable to Hillary Clinton’s State Department entitled, “The Gold Rush Is On.”

Out of the nearly 1500 contracts…only 23 were awarded to Haitian companies. And guess how many of those contracts were awarded to companies in the Washington DC area?...40%!!!

☝️In response to that, a number of members of the IHRC were irate.

They wrote a letter saying that it was Clinton and Bellerive… who made many of the most important monetary decisions early in the recovery process…effectively shutting them out.
