NCMEC has a sister organization called The INTERNATIONAL Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Hillary Clinton (and Cherie Blair-the wife of Tony Blair of the UK) started ICMEC (est 1999).
Both NCMEC and ICMEC are NGOs (non-Government Organizations or “non-profits”) claiming to be all about “combating child sexual exploitation, child pornography, and child abduction.”
Do you think that Walsh and Clinton were really interested in Missing and Exploited Children? Or were they involved with exploiting those children who went missing?

Then we have THORN.
Thorn was an NGO founded in 2012 by actors Ashton Kutcher and his then wife, Demi Moore. THORN was also supposed to be about “stopping child trafficking.”

THORN partnered with Amazon and Digital Reasoning to create their product
“Spotlight.”
Spotlight is an AI-powered surveillance tool, which they sold to police departments across the nation.
If you go to their website it says that “Spotlight helps find kids faster.”
Interesting though, Amazon already had an AI surveillance tool called “Rekognition” on the market.
But…Congress had put a moratorium on Amazon, and the sale of Rekognition, for one year. Why?? Because in a test run of Rekognition’s software (by the ACLU; making sure the software was accurate)...34 members of Congress were flagged as having an arrest record.
Clearly Congress was very concerned about the results.
So what did Amazon do?? They skirted around this moratorium, and partnered with THORN to create a new facial recognition software which they would give away FREE to police departments.
Of course they claim this was “in an attempt to stop child trafficking.”

It is also worth noting that both Amazon and Digital Reasoning had ties to In-Q-Tel (C-I-A).
So here we had 2 major C-I-A connected companies coming together to create “anti-child trafficking” software.
The C-I-A has a history with ties to child sex trafficking rings and related stories; some we have discussed on this channel. If these weren’t red flags, I don’t know what is.
The question “what was going on with the facial recognition software” has been bothering me. I wanted to know why these companies and entities wanted it so bad. I found the answer I was looking for, which we will discuss later on.
