Wow!

1885 is the year that The Professor went back to the future…in Back to The Future III.

If you go back to our Tesla Deep Dive, you will see that 1885 was the year Tesla stopped working with Edison, because Edison was taking credit for Tesla’s work.

Edison also decided not to pay Tesla the bonus he was due.

They parted ways…

1885 was also the year Tesla invented the commutator and regulator for Electric Dynamic Machines.


AND 1885 is also the year that General George Patton was born!

In this movie series…once the characters like Marty, or The Professor, or Bif went back or forward in time, they couldn’t get back to the original timeline. A new timeline was created every time they tried.

As you can see in that diagram above…in the BACK TO THE FUTURE movie series, they created eight TIMELINES through time travel.

There were essentially eight different versions of themselves…in eight different timelines.

This essentially is how a “multiverse universe” plays out.

If you could go back in time, any choices you make outside of what already occurred in the past would have a “ripple effect” on future events.

When we did our JFK and Titanic deep dives we repeatedly talked about TIMELINES!

What if there is a timeline where JFK died…and a different timeline where he lived?

What if there is a timeline where the Titanic sank…an and a different timeline where it didn’t sink?

And what if these “timelines” co-exist/co-existed parallel to one another?

Our 6 month-long JFK dive was by far the hardest, because there were so many conflicting data points.

We conducted a survey on our channel. 68% of the over 1,000 people who voted remember that the limo JFK was traveling in was much smaller and that there were only 4 people in the car! I’m one of those people. And my parents, my husband, and all my siblings remember “4.”

Then we had a much smaller percentage who remember there were 6 people in the limo: JFK, Jackie, Governor Connelly & his wife, Driver William Greer, and front passenger Roy Kellerman.
The internet reflects 6 not 4.

There were other data points like Jackie’s pink hat differing in a few of pictures, or two Lee Harvey Oswald’s running around.

How do we rectify this?
