I remember in the 1970s when the Pentagon Papers, Watergate, MK-Ultra and a host of other scandals were breaking. A news reader, I think it was Dave McQueen, on KSAN, then a counter culture progressive album rock station, was taking about Limited Hangouts and the degrees of just how much would be revealed..
