It is a segment from Bill's radio show that he did twice a week back in the 1980s/90s. It was called "Hour of The Time." As you will hear, during his 6/28/2001 radio show, Bill not only predicted 9/11, but he also predicted that Osama Bin Laden would be the Fall Guy for The Deep State.
