Here is some of what
Allen Dulles wrote in that burned memo that was addressed to other members of Majestic 12.

“As you must know LANCER has made some inquiries regarding our activities which we cannot allow.
Your action to this matter is critical to the continuance of the group.”

Look what else was written in that “burned document.”

"Designated MJ projects should be held in readiness to perform SPIKE and HOUSE CLEANING operations in major population centers in the event conventional methods are not satisfactory.

Specialists from
MK-ULTRA and ARTICHOKE are hereby activated to conduct DOMESTIC."

The impetus for the “BURNED MEMO” were letters and demands that President Kennedy had for Allen Dulles.

Kennedy knew what they were up to.

On 2/19/61
President Kennedy issued Executive Order 10920 which abolished the Operations Coordinating Board!!

The Operations Coordinating Board was the main organization responsible for PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE ACTIVITIES!

☝️☝️President Kennedy’s EO 10920 showed that he wanted to gain control over ALL intelligence activities related to psychological warfare.

Kennedy was willing to dismantle any government entity in order to bring its psychological warfare operations under the direct control of his national security team!

Then on June 28, 1961, President Kennedy wrote a follow up to
Allen Dulles…

National Security Memorandum
To: The Director, Central Intelligence Agency

Subject: Review of MJ-12 Intelligence Operations as they relate to Cold War Psychological Warfare Plans

“I would like a brief summary from you at your earliest convenience.”


Kennedy kept riding Dulles and the MJ-12 team.
He was going to hold them accountable.

The CIA and MJ-12 weren’t listening to President Kennedy.

They were a rogue operation.
They did what they wanted…whenever they wanted.
They were lawless.

Kennedy knew he had to come up with another way to get this rogue operation under order….especially as it related to their PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS.

Kennedy accomplished this by giving the Chairman of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff…and by extension the Military…the authority to get the CIA/MJ-12 under control!

Under NSAM-55, Kennedy gave the military the authority to demand full and comprehensive briefings and an inside role during the development of any clandestine operation in which the U.S. Government might become involved!!

This was unprecedented.
Kennedy was bad a$$!

Dulles did respond to KENNEDY’s June 28th letter when he asked for an update on psychological activities.

In the letter Dulles talked about “UFOs” and
“Soviet propaganda.”
(Russia Russia Russia).
 
But what was most significant was what Dulles wrote here:
“For reasons of security, I cannot divulge pertinent data on some of the more sensitive aspects of MJ-12 activities.”

Again, Dulles was only giving Kennedy minimal info…mostly deception…and giving him the bird on the rest.

JFK Demanded UFO Files 10 Days Before His Assassination

JFK wrote a letter to the head of the CIA…and a second letter to the head of NASA…demanding to be shown highly confidential documents.

JFK asked for the
“UFO FILES”!!!

This was 10 days before his death!!

The “X PROTECT” group can and will employ lethal means…if need be…in order to hide the secret
X-Technology that exists inside the UFO file.

Their job is/was to keep the contents of the UFO file secret…AT ALL COSTS!!

E Howard Hunt…who was involved in the Bay of Pigs, was at Dealey Plaza during JFK’s assassination, and was one of the “plumbers” in the Watergate break-in, stated on his death bed, that: Kennedy was killed over his attempt to expose the contents of the UFO file with the Soviets.

We all know this….that Oswald wasn’t the “lone gunman” assassin….

But now it’s making its way to mainstream news.
