This book written by Tom O’Neil says it all.

CHAOS, Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties.

In this context the word “CHAOS” takes on double meanings.

OPERATION CHAOS

Protests against US involvement in Vietnam were proving to be a giant pain in the backside for the government’s plans in the mid 1960s.

While Project Mockingbird was using the mainstream media to shove the necessity of the war down the throat of the public, the “counter-culture” couldn’t be controlled so easily.

Since the FBI’s COINTELPRO program of domestic surveillance wasn’t quite producing the desired results, President Lyndon B. Johnson authorized the 🤡🤡to undertake its own program of spying on US citizens.

Their main task was to infiltrate student organizations—both radical and otherwise—in order to gather intelligence and to subvert these groups from within.

They targeted famous groups such as “Students For a Democratic Society” and the Black Panthers.

Many have argued that Charles Manson was a part of the
CIA’s MK Ultra program….including Project Bluebird.

Evidence has supported the data point that Manson was a CIA asset…and had extensive ties to various government officials.

He was also a
paid informant to the San Francisco police,
and had a job doing
field work for the
La Vista Mineral Advisory Service, which was a consulting firm that was owned and operated by an intelligence officer from the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Additionally, Manson was never charged for using drugs or for drug trafficking…despite the fact that he was involved in the drug trade.

This raised suspicions that he was being protected by someone with influence.

There is compelling evidence that
Charles Manson was a figure somewhat similar to Jeffrey Epstein…who was connected to high-profile figures through a child-trafficking operation.

Many of the young hippies in the cult were actually underage girls.

O'Neill's research suggests that Manson was popular in Hollywood because he trafficked
these children to
record executives, entertainers, and rich patrons.

Manson and his cult seemed to be protected by the government and local law enforcement.

Manson had committed multiple crimes while on PAROLE,but was released on numerous occasions.

The LAPD knew what Manson was up to for a long time and did nothing…and may have even looked the other way in previous murder cases involving the family.

Then there was this, and we haven’t even got to Sirhan Sirhan yet….

“Manson’s parole officer, Roger Smith, was part of a federally funded program researching LSD and drug use among San Francisco’s population.

His position as a
parole officer allowed Smith to provide an element of immunity to his unwitting research subjects.

Although he had the power to send Charles Manson back to prison for violating the terms of his parole, Smith never reported the cult leader’s numerous infractions.

Thus, Manson remained free…and hooked on drugs.

Phillip Garrido, the alleged kidnapper in the Jaycee Dugard case…

•The Parole
Department in
Antioch, California had 335 alerts go off that Garrido’s device lost signal.

•Garrido was paid
60 visits by
Parole officers, in a
10 year period…yet no one noticed Jaycee or her daughters…and there was no follow up to neighbors’ complaints.

•Given Garrido’s history with rape and kidnapping, he should have been classified as a highly dangerous predator…but he was not.

Phillip Garrido…and what may have been going on with him!

PATSY:

A PATSY is someone who is the “fall guy” for a crime; a crime these “fall guys” did not commit.

The C-I-A is in charge of finding patsies.

Sometimes the PATSIES:
•have a rap sheet,
•look the part,
•may be loners, or
•come from a religious group or country that makes them easy targets.

The patsies are given drugs to keep them confused and compliant, especially during their trial.

Some famous patsies were
Lee Harvey Oswald,
Timothy McVeigh and

Sirhan Sirhan!

Anyone think
