I have a colleague in a professional forum who confided in the group for advice on her career, admitting she is native american, working on an indian reserve, and is abused regularly, at work, and there isnt anyone to report it to because of the "way things work" on a reserve. She said women have no rights. So, yea, Im going to say there will be findings.
