The second lawsuit involved a
murder-suicide by a man who was having paranoid delusions.
He killed his mother and himself.

As a result of the bad press and lawsuits,
META is now training its AIs not to engage with teenagers on conversations about
self-harm,
suicide,
disordered eating or potentially inappropriate romantic conversations.
