I will have today’s presentation out this afternoon, but wanted you to stew on this...

Have you wondered why Congress made such a big deal about “Rekognition”; Amazon’s facial recognition software?

Why did they put a moratorium on it? It seemed like a great idea.

What I didn’t tell you was that
the ACLU conducted a test of Amazon’s facial recognition tool, called “Rekognition,” that they claimed “incorrectly matched 28 members of Congress”...identifying them as “other people” who have been arrested for a crime.

The members of Congress who were matched with the mugshot database used in the test included Republicans and Democrats, men and women, and legislators of all ages, from all across the country.

Here are those mugshots of Congress who the ACLU claimed were “falsely identified.”

Recognize anyone?? I do!

The ACLU claimed that
The false matches were disproportionately of people of color, including six members of the Congressional Black Caucus, among them ...civil rights legend Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.).

They went on to say that “these results demonstrate why Congress should join the ACLU in calling for a moratorium on law enforcement use of face surveillance.”

So Congress puts a moratorium on the sale of the software to police departments, yet THORN continues giving out the “Facial recognition software”. WHY???I thought of three reasons why this went down like this:

1. The mug shots were valid
2. The mug shots were valid AND the Cabal rolled these out as a “warning” to other Congressmen to stay in line...or else. We know the Cabal routinely uses blackmail to progress their strategy.
Or
3. It was a White Hat Operation.

One thing we didn’t discuss is that NCMEC has considerable sway over national legislation related to human trafficking, particularly child trafficking.

They also have sway over the child trafficking and hotlines and databases it operates. They are capable of influencing which children appear on bulletins and AMBER ALERTS…and those that DON'T (emphasis on don’t). We will talk about this aspect in a few days.

In 1996, NCMEC expanded internationally at the behest of then-President of Belgium Jean-Luc Dehaene, because of the “Dutroux Affair.”

Because of the Dutroux Affair, NCMEC created its sister NGO…The International Center for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC). Remember…Hillary Clinton and Cherie Blair created ICMEC.

What was the
DUTROUX AFFAIR?

In 1996, Belgium was shaken by the tragic Dutroux Affair.”

Over the course of many years, Marc Dutroux, an unemployed electrician and father of three, committed a series of kidnappings, rapes, and killings of an unknown number of teenage girls.

As the atrocity of the crimes became public, there was country-wide outrage over the way the authorities handled the case.

300,000 people took to the streets in what was called the “White March.”

The reason the Belgian “public became very critical of the way the [Belgian] authorities handled” the Dutroux case was because there was considerable evidence that Dutroux was part of a pedophile ring closely tied to Belgium’s political and economic elite
as well as the suspicious deaths of numerous witnesses in the case against Marc Dutroux.

A large amount of DNA evidence that was recovered from the cells, where Dutroux kept his victims chained, were never analyzed by authorities… even though it may have revealed the identities of additional perpetrators.

There were hundreds of human hairs that were never accounted for.

Dutroux and his counsel consistently alleged that he had abducted and abused girls with police help…as part of a child trafficking and abuse network connected to the ELITE of the Belgian establishment.

After this went down Prime Minister Dehaene visited the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

He asked then NCMEC’s President, Ernie Allen for help. This request is what helped create ICMEC.

It is certainly concerning that the mass cover-up of a pedophile ring tied to the Belgian establishment is what spurred one of the architects of that cover-up…Belgium PM Dehaen… to seek out Ernie Allen at the same time as the cover up.

Allen’s success in aiding Dehaene with the Belgian government’s response to the Dutroux Affair led other governments to request his help in similar matters, resulting in the ICMEC’s creation.

More troubling still is the fact the ICMEC was subsequently launched by none other than Hillary Clinton, who had considerable ties to child sex traffickers Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein and Laura Silsby.
