So I worked for Progressive. We had our annual meeting every 15 months. At my first meeting in 2016 we received medallions for hitting 20 billion in premiums since the company started in 1937. The next meeting in 2018 we received another medallion for surpassing 30 billion in premiums. How crazy is that 10 billion in 15 months!?!?

Today we are going to get back to our story about what is going on in Florida in some of the Florida cities that were along the pathway of both Hurricane Ian and Nicole.
On Thursday we started a review of some NGOs that have been tied to the Child trafficking that have taken place in Florida.
We will continue this discussion and start connecting dots to the larger story of child trafficking.

Quick review. There are many NGOs…known as “non-Government Organizations” or “non-profits” that have been operating in Florida, with alleged nefarious activities.
So far we talked about NCMEC..the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as well as their International branch called ICMEC or The International Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
We know that Hillary Clinton and Cherie Blair started ICMEC.

We also talked about THORN-the NGO started by Ashton Kutcher.
Kutcher and THORN co-partnered with Amazon and Digital Reasoning to create a facial recognition software that would then be given free to over 2,000 police departments to “combat child trafficking.”
Kutcher and Demi Moore said they wanted to get involved with “combatting child trafficking” after they saw a documentary about child trafficking in Cambodia. Was it more likely that they were involved in child trafficking by who they ended up doing business with??

Remember…during this time there was a moratorium on the SALE of facial recognition to police departments, because of high error rate, which led to the false arrest of many people.
The tech companies had agreeed that they wouldn’t sell facial recognition software to the police departments-who were also coming under scrutiny over the matter.
It appeared that Amazon and Kutcher found a work around to this moratorium by giving it away to the police departments for free. Clearly there was something to this facial recognition software.

We finished Thursday’s presentation talking about THORN and it’s relationship to another NGO: POLARIS PROJECT.
Polaris operated our National Trafficking Hotline. Their CEO was a former operative for USAID…a CIA cutout.
A “CIA cutout” is a term used in espionage. Cutouts usually know only the source and destination of the information to be transmitted…not the identities of any other persons involved in the espionage process. Agents within the CIA operate on a “need to know” basis only, that way they can never be blackmailed into coughing up information on other operations.
