Civilian personnel from Warner Brothers, Metro-Goldwyn Mayer and RKO Pictures worked at the studio, in functions such as producers, cameramen and directors.

According to my research, particularly the Miles Mathis document, after 1969 they didn't need Lookout Mountain anymore... not because the propaganda was finished, because they didn't need the Lookout Mountain Secret Studio anymore. Mathis explained how Military intelligence had engulfed the whole city. A large portion of mainstream movies since 1970 have been propaganda films of one sort or another, and even the ones that are made mostly for money are filled with propaganda as well.
