Melania looked elegant, as always, but something seemed purposeful about her appearance.

My first impression was that this was a troll on the witches.

Courts are ships in dry dock. They represent Maritime Admiralty Law aka law of the sea. They only have jurisdiction if we grant it to them. They are all members of the British Accreditation Register ( BAR ) and are subservient to the British Crown. As the united States of America has been indebted to the King of England since the Treaty of Paris (prior to the signing of the Constitution) and as such has never truly been a Republic, but instead a British Crown Colony.
