OK start at the four minute mark of this video. It says he can declare an emergency act and create a proclamation. That’s what I’ve been talking about is he can resend proclamation 2040 and 2039 and end the military occupation. This is why the yellow fringe is around the flag! It’s in the documents and PDF that I am going to Drop here! Every president has had the ability to resend this military occupation, and they ( all other presidents)have failed to do so because they are puppets of the illuminati!

Courts are ships in dry dock. They represent Maritime Admiralty Law aka law of the sea. They only have jurisdiction if we grant it to them. They are all members of the British Accreditation Register ( BAR ) and are subservient to the British Crown. As the united States of America has been indebted to the King of England since the Treaty of Paris (prior to the signing of the Constitution) and as such has never truly been a Republic, but instead a British Crown Colony.
