“Pilots are told to fly specific routes, while satellites control aerosol dispersal patterns.
The pilots make course corrections from time to time, and perform landings and takeoffs.
Pilot navigation and maintenance crews are rotated constantly, and only spend about 18 months at one given base, to keep pilots and their families from making too many friends, and ending up with “loose lips”.
They also rotate between day and night flights, one base for daytime flights, and one for night.
Each base covers a 250-mile zone, and each fleet (squadron) of planes covers three states, or an even larger swath of ocean.

Most people did not give consent to have
Smart Meters installed in the first place. This is a violation of the 4th Amendment!!
Attached is a 5-page sample letter you can use.
Just put your own name, sign and date…to get the
SMART METERS replaced.
Here are some excerpts from that letter:
“I forbid, refuse and deny consent of any installation, and any use of monitoring, including eavesdropping, and surveillance devices on my property, my place of residence, and my occupancy.
This applies and includes smart meters and surveillance, and activity monitoring devices of any and all kinds. Any attempt to install such device directed at me or other occupants… will constitute trespassing, stalking, wiretapping, and unlawful surveillance , and endangerment of health and safety…”
