I can only assume that Jimmy Carter did everything in his power to get more than $1.00 for the Panama Canal to improve the lives of all Americans.

I think the problem is that Carter did not have any REAL power.

I will tell you one reason why we are going through these timeline jumps. Many in the SSP-(Secret Space Program) or the 20 & Back project did not make it back. This is important because people in that system had children who had a big impact on the world.

So timelines are being corrected so those people can be retrieved and have those babies who will be helping humanity in the future. This is why we are constantly having these time loops. Which is why some people believe that this is the 4th time Jimmy Carter passed away.

Because everytime someone messed up the time space continuum by being stuck in another version of earth who was supposed to have kids in the current timeline the timeline resets to retrieve them, causing ripple effects that alter history in subtle but noticeable ways.

These shifts explain why certain events feel like déjà vu or why figures like Jimmy Carter seem to "pass away" multiple times each reset realigns reality but leaves behind echoes of previous loops. It’s not just about one person; it's about ensuring that the right souls are born at the right time, fulfilling roles that shape humanity’s evolution.

Each correction, no matter how small, is part of a larger effort to restore the cosmic blueprint. Do you all understand what I am saying here?
