As we’ve discussed before, the book “How the Illuminati Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave,” is a great reference for understanding MK Ultra and Monarch mind control programming.
In that book they point out that the Monarch mind-controlled victims (children) are raped and electroshocked.
