—— On the SAME DAY in April 2013, an unknown Military Special Force that was never been identified, broke into the PG&E Substation near San Jose, CA.
—— they were thought to be North Korean Speacial Forces, but no one was identified or apprehended. (It wasn’t North Korea.)
