I read the powdered milk that is used to make soft serve are cremation remains of children that were sex trafficked. Also, used in regular cement mix. I think the milkshake is a front.

The ice cream machine is all about money. Of course since they own everything, it too is scam. It's about $5000 when it quits working. All it takes is 5 minutes to fix it via an app. But they only have one company they allow to service it.
