When the government of Ashville stated that there will be no water for weeks. They are going to intentionally turn it off.
Just like they did in Hurricane Katrina.
Just like Hurricane Hugo in South Carolina.
Just like Hurricane Ian in Florida.
People are about to go through a tough situation. Especially when FEMA shows up. Which is never good. Because that's when Black Water agents start to have their fun. Even though they tried to distance themselves from that name given the history and the horrors inflicted on residents.
You do not want to run into these agents. Because they are not going to be there to help. They are brutal and deadly. I remember one Black Water agent who watched a baby in need of water pour it out in front the mother's face as she begged for it.
These people are pure evil. Do not wait for FEMA. Because their best bet is fellow citizens. But as you can see they do not want them to help those people. And they will intimidate you into not doing so. Sometimes physically attacking you.
