In 1937…After The
Lindbergh Baby Kidnapping trial

the American Bar Association amended “Canon 35” of its Canons of Judicial Ethics to forbid photographic, television and other broadcast coverage of trials.
🔥16👍51
In the 1960s, Texas ignored Canon 35…and gave presiding judges in the state broad discretion
to allow cameras in the courtroom.

Hmm.
👍17🤬41
WHY???
👍8
Because of Texas ignoring CANON 35…and allowing cameras starting in the 1960s…a case was overturned by U.S. Supreme Court in 1965
…on the grounds that the camera coverage “distracted trial participants” and depraved the defendant of a fair trial.

Gee how convenient.

Guess who the “defendant was?”

BILLIE
SOL
ESTES!!

Does that name ring a bell??

When LBJ wanted large sums of money…Billie Sol gave it to him; in return Sol received key government contracts—the price being kickbacks.

“…this way of doing political business in Texas was nothing short of a banana republic.”

Sooo…

Did Texas change the “camera in the courtroom” policy so that Billy SolLBJ’s money man…could appeal his “conviction?”

Then came the OJ SIMPSON TRIAL.

That trial was viewed as a major setback for courtroom camera proponents, because of the perception that the media environment had too much negative impact on the case.

Whenever I see glorified cases with televised courtrooms, I instantly think that it is more than likely a false flag.
Look at the OJ case as an example, it became more like a TV show as people were glued to their tvs to tune in.
To get a fair trial, I would think that videos would never be allowed.

A thought, the OJ trial was televised to elicit support and help create more racial strife using that False Flag .. so with TV and camera's being allowed it gives them the chance to change the narrative whichever way they choose.

Were cameras REALLY allowed in the Simpson trial?

Or…

Was it just an illusion??

We did the OJ Simpson trial a few years ago.

Boy did we find some gems from that case…

Television in Court Room:
The OJ Simpson trial was televised.

Prior to the trial the case first started out with the Grand jury.

But then…
OJ Simpson’s Attorneys asked the Judge to do a “probable cause” hearing with the Judge instead.

Their reason?
Excessive media coverage…which they said may have tainted the Grand Jury.

The judge granted the Defense attorney’s request and the Grand Jury was dismissed in favor of a probable cause hearing with Judge Kathleen Kennedy.
Hmm.
Kennedy you say??

If that was the case (which many don’t believe it was)…

WHY
WOULD
YOU
THEN
TURN
AROUND
AND
ALLOW
CAMERAS
IN
THE
COURTROOM
DURING
THE
TRIAL??

Don't we have a big contradiction right there?

Do you really think the best way to stop a media circus is to create an even bigger media circus?
👍32🔥6🤯6
The Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 53 states:
"Except as otherwise provided by a statute or these rules, the court must not permit the taking of photographs in the courtroom during judicial proceedings or the broadcasting of judicial proceedings from the courtroom.”

It isn't something a judge can simply allow based on his or her own authority.

Why was it allowed in the Simpson trial?

Was it because the CIA allowed it?

The statutes only apply to REAL trials.

So…was it allowed because it was NOT a real trial??

Was the OJ SIMPSON trial a False Flag Hoax…complete with actors and actresses playing their parts??
