I am in middle of writing out a presentation.
This dive we are on goes
DEEP DEEP DEEP!!
I should have something out in an hour plus.
While you are waiting I want to ask you two questions. One has to do with prisons. The other has to do with the courthouses.
If there are any lawyers in here that can chime in, that would be great.

Question one:
ARE CAMERAS (legally) ALLOWED IN THE COURTROOM for a murder trial?
Here is the US.gov document that discusses.
What say you.

Question Two:
What is the policy regarding men’s hair in prisons?
Do they have to keep hair short? Shaved?
What about hats? Are they allowed to be worn?

Cameras in the Courtroom
Allowing cameras in courtrooms has stirred controversy and led to Supreme Court decisions in First Amendment cases. The Court has allowed states to experiment with this issue.

The Lindbergh Baby kidnapping trial spurred the camera bans in court rooms.
Bruno Hauptmann was convicted of kidnapping and killing Charles Lindbergh’s baby.
After Bruno was convicted, he appealed to the New Jersey Court of Appeals… claiming that the presence of courtroom cameras and media activity in the courtroom denied him a fair trial.

Because of Texas ignoring CANON 35…and allowing cameras starting in the 1960s…a case was overturned by U.S. Supreme Court in 1965
…on the grounds that the camera coverage “distracted trial participants” and depraved the defendant of a fair trial.
Gee how convenient.
Guess who the “defendant was?”
BILLIE
SOL
ESTES!!
Does that name ring a bell??

Whenever I see glorified cases with televised courtrooms, I instantly think that it is more than likely a false flag.
Look at the OJ case as an example, it became more like a TV show as people were glued to their tvs to tune in.
To get a fair trial, I would think that videos would never be allowed.
