My dad is in the hospital and I have zero confidence in the medical field. He woke up in the night on Friday with severe nausea and then started having chest pains. My mom called 911 and they ended up running a bunch of tests to make sure it wasn’t a heart attack or stroke and sent him home. All they said was that he was dehydrated and low oxygen level. Sunday still feeling nauseated and very weak so she was going to take him back to the ER but he was so weak he slipped off the bed so she called 911 again. First they said it could be sepsis…made no sense to me. Now they’re saying pneumonia which also makes no sense to me. Does it to any of you? You’d think he would have more cold and cough symptoms. Any suggestions? He’s just the cutest, sweetest little 81 yr old man and my most favorite person. Petrified they’re going to do more harm than good.
