Fort Terry was built around 1911.

The original goal of
Building 257 was to store weapons; stockpile mines, explosives, and the materials needed for tanks and torpedos.

During World War 2,
Fort Terry served as a •barrack,
•scientist processing plant, &
•food and supply depot. 

After World War II, the Fort at PLUM ISLAND was deactivated and scrubbed clean.

It stayed close for over 7 years until it was reactivated in 1952 as a center for the
Army Chemical Corps

The Army Chemical Corps, acquired Fort Terry on
Plum Island, and became the go-to facility for biological warfare research.

They had a secret lab…
LAB 257…devoted to animal testing and studies.

Now for the connection to THE MONTAUK PROJECT at CAMP HERO…

The other day we talked about the beast that came into CAMP HERO during
THE MONTAUK PROJECT
experiment.

The beast was manifested by Duncan Cameron…who was sitting in the Montauk Chair. during their crazy experiments.

The BEAST was nicknamed Junior.

By this point in 1983 some people associated with the Montauk Project thought the project had gone too far… so they decided to sabotage it.

A Psychic/remote viewer planted a seed in Duncan Cameron’s head for him to think about a monster.

When Duncan was in the Montauk chair he thought about a monster, and a beast…who they named “Junior”…was brought up through Duncan’s subconscious mind.

This “beast” came running through a tear in the time-space continuum.

Allegedly he caused massive panic and destruction inside the facility.

The facility’s workers pulled the switches to the SAGE radar and cut the cords to the generators…but nothing was working.

The “beast” continued its destruction…and eventually the project was shut down.
So they say.

They say Duncan manifested the beast as a way to sabotage the Montauk Project, since it was getting so out of hand with the torture of children, children who went missing, children who died, time travel portals, etc.

They say the Beast came through a portal that they created in the lab.
