On August 23, 1987, just months after the Iran-Contra scandal had started to fade, two boys (Kevin Ives and Don Henry), who were out deer hunting accidentally witnessed an airdrop from an aircraft flying into the Mena Airport…which as we’ve learned, was a key hub for the gun and drug running operation.

The boys' bodies were found on a train track.

The official verdict by Governor Bill Clinton’s appointed Medical Examiner, Fahmy Malek, was that the boys had passed out while smoking marijuana on the tracks, and had been run over by a train.

This ran contrary to what the train engineer saw, and what the mothers’ of the boys had claimed…that their sons didn’t smoke marijuana, nor would they be that stupid to do so near train tracks.

Eventually a local Grand Jury began an investigation and ordered the bodies exhumed and examined by another expert. That expert concluded that the boys had been beaten with a rifle, and were dead before being placed on the tracks.

Public outcry over Fahmy Malek's apparent incompetence forced Governor Bill Clinton to call in two more pathologists (a ruse of course) from outside Arkansas to review the case. But when the Saline County Grand Jury tried to subpoena the pathologists, Bill Clinton blocked it.

The furor over the obvious murder and cover-up triggered a flood of new people coming forward with stories about the drug operation in and out of Mena, and of other strange deaths.

In 1990, Jean Duffey headed a drug task force in the area and began to piece together evidence connecting narcotics, strange deaths, local bankers, and government officials.

As a result of her findings, she was harassed, threatened, and eventually forced to leave the state.

Who was behind this? I think we know.

Sunday we talked about the money laundering that was done with the cash from the sale of all the cocaine that was being funneled through the Mena airport.

The Clinton’s owned large sums of property in the Whitewater land development… and it was this land development coupled with the Savings and Loan bank of their friend, Jim McDougal…that provided the means for the money laundering.

But in March 1992, as Bill Clinton cranked up his run at the White House, a New York Times story about how the Clintons lost money on the Whitewater Development Corporation caught the eye of L. Jean Lewis, an investigator at the Resolution Trust Corporation.

The name “Whitewater” had been connected to the collapse of Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan (the McDougal Bank), which Lewis was also investigating.

Lewis had found numerous questionable financial transactions in the very tangled web that existed between the Clinton’s and Madison Savings & Loan owner...James McDougal.

Lewis found sufficient evidence to file a criminal complaint with the FBI. As one would expect…Both the FBi and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Little Rock ignored the referral and declared it "without merit". This stalled the Whitewater Scandal until after Bill Clinton became President.

As more referrals for criminal activity (during Bill Clinton's governorship) started to pour in, prosecutions began against numerous Clinton associates…but NEVER the Clintons themselves.

James and Susan McDougal were prosecuted for their role in the Whitewater project. Susan McDougal served 18 months in prison for contempt of court. Bill Clinton pardoned her before he left office. Bill Clinton's successor as governor, Jim Guy Tucker, was convicted and served time in prison for his role in the fraud as well.

Then came another unexplained death…

On July 20, 1993, the body of White House Deputy Counsel… Vincent Foster…was found at Fort Marcy Park, Virginia…just outside Washington DC.

His death was ruled a suicide, even though there was ample evidence to show otherwise…

Among a long list of conflicting facts...there was no record by the Secret Service that Vince Foster had left the White House that day. It was clear his body was moved from the White House to the park.

Then there was the suicide note… the outline for Foster's resignation letter…presented as his suicide note… had additional wording added by a second hand. The suicide note was such an obvious forgery that the FBI ordered Lisa Foster (Vince’s wife) not to allow a photograph of it.

Who forged his Suicide note?
Who moved his body?
Who killed him?...I think we know.

Who was Vincent Foster?

He worked as an attorney with Rose Law Firm in Little Rock Arkansas, and was the partner (and rumored lover) of Hillary Clinton during their time together at the law firm in the 1980s.

During this time, it would later come out that Hillary embezzled $47 million from those federally insured Savings and Loans…and put them in secret offshore accounts…payable to Vincent Foster.

All this money circled back to the Mena Airport Weapons— for cocaine— for cash operation.

Guess where all the records…of the Mena Boys murder, the Savings and Loan scam, and the Rose Law firm records from the 1980s when Hillary Clinton and Vince Fister worked together…were kept?

Background Story #2 (to OKC Bombings/Waco)...Part 3

After Vince Foster’s death President Bill Clinton ordered US Attorney General Janet Reno to appoint a special prosecutor, Robert Fiske, to look into all the allegations, which now included allegations of loans made under coercion, and a cover-up of transactions from Clinton's 1990 Gubernatorial campaign.

Quick side note: Reno was considered to be the “Cover-Up Machine.” for the Clintons. Bill Clinton didn’t want any political blowback for his crimes, so he appointed Reno to be the Front Woman. Her name will come up again when we discuss Waco.

Robert Fiske subpoenaed the Clintons' records in May of 1994, which included billing records from the Rose Law Firm, where both Hillary and Vincent Foster had worked while still in Arkansas.
Does anyone think Bill would really hire someone that was going to come after him and Hillary? Of course not…

Robert Fiske came under heavy criticism, partly because his report on the death of Vincent Foster contained numerous (and easily disproved) falsehoods.

He also ignored witnesses who had information that contradicted the claim of suicide.

But the biggest reason he came under criticism is because of the perceived conflict of interest with him and Janet Reno.

Fiske was appointed to the job by Janet Reno.

For all these reasons Fiske was then replaced. Fiske was replaced by Kenneth Starr in August 1994, the same Kenneth Starr who had been assistant to Reagan's Attorney… General William French Smith… when the CIA got their license to smuggle.

It seems to me that the Clintons wanted Starr all along, but went through Fiske first to make it seem like they were honest. Which they were anything but.

Starr moved quickly to reassert the official story of Foster's suicide, in order to drag out the "investigation" as long as possible (the same tactic that was used with Nixon and Watergate).

And when the scandal refused to fade he found a new way to bring it to a controlled end.

Kenneth Starr already knew the dark secrets of the Clintons and their involvement in the Mena Airport cartel operation.

Many people believed (from the research I did on this topic) that it was Hillary who was the head of the Mena cartel. They also believed she was Bill’s handler (for more on “handlers” refer back to the MK Ultra and Project Monarch presentations on June 6 & 7).

She’s a Rothschild, and Bill is a Rockefeller. It appeared their marriage was one of convenience for the bloodline families.

At this point in time…during the mid 1990s…there was high risk that the American people would eventually find out that: there were drug criminals in high office, drug money in campaign coffers, assassinations in the White House, the C*I*A being the real cause of the Savings and Loan melt-down, and the biggest smuggler of illegal drugs into the United States was the government itself!

So what did Ken Starr do to divert our attention? He created another “limited hangout.”

Remember…a “limited hangout” is the admission of a small guilt, in order to keep the greater guilt concealed. It’s a diversion tactic routinely used by the Cabal.

An obvious source of a “lesser guilt'' was Bill Clinton's inability to keep his hands off of every female near him.

Already during his first term as President Bill Clinton had been accused of sexual interactions with women. During a March 1998 episode of 60 Minutes, Kathleen Willey—a former White House volunteer aide—accused Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting her in November 1993.

On a side note…Kathleen’s husband Ed was an important fundraiser for Clinton. He brought in a sizable amount of untraceable cash to his campaign.

Ed was another person affiliated with the Clinton’s who was "suicided" with a shotgun blast to his head.
