Whenever I am confronted by a 'POLICY ENFORCEMENT' I will most DEFINITELY play their game!!! Let me give you an idea of what I mean by that:
As I have said, my Indiana License HAVE been suspended. So, lets say I am driving a car and I get pulled over for no license. First off, I am going to make sure that 'POLICY ENFORCER' is very aware of the fact that I KNOW the laws. Then, I would give him a opportunity to wish each other a blessed, prosperous and peaceful day, At which time, that 'POLICY ENFORCER' will shake your hand, turn around and get back in his cruiser and that is that. If he does so, then there is no reason to go any further with the situation.
IF he persist, I am going to look at that 'POLICY Enforcer' and let them know, I will be MORE than willing to play their game. I will even goes as far as to let them give me a 'CONTRACT' (Ticket). Then, I am going to RESEND such 'Contract' and I will write on it (in RED ink) 'I do NOT accept such contract, I was TRAVELING in my private capacity in my PRIVATE Automobile." and then I will put US Code 18 Section 242 on the ticket.
Then I will sign it :Douglas-Edward;Johnson; (Red or Purple ink) and MAIL in to the courthouse within 72 hours of receiving such 'Contract' (ticket). At which point, the court is going to do one of two things, they will either DISMISS it or, they will attempt to doing it again by sending another ticket. This time, you have 10 days to resend that 'Contract' (ticket) - go through the process of what you did with the first one and send it back to the courthouse.
NOW, after the second attempt of trying to get your to consent to such 'Contract' (ticket) they are put on 'NOTICE'. So at this time, they are going to DISMISS such 'Claims' against you, because if they do NOT, you send a Affidavit' for them violating US Code 18 Section 242 and you DEMAND anywhere from 10k - 250k for damages. - the choice on the penalty is yours, a CIVIL penalty for violating US Code 18 Section 242 is a MINIMUM of 10K (per offense) and a Maximum of $250k (per offense). Fill out a Affidavit for violating your rights, put in your choice of penalty demands...send it back to the courthouse and include their Dunn and Bradstreet number/s on it (All Corporations have a DNB number). Once you do that, the courthouse is most definitely gong to try and dismiss the case, because they KNOW you have a actual claim against them and they can and will be held liable.
