It appears that some of these “2.0s” aka “Swap outs” aka “Swap-ins” can (and do) progress White Hat strategy…even if the original or “1.0” was bad.

Both sides use “swap-outs.”

A “2.0” can also be swapped out to a “3.0.” Think double or triple agent.
