My nephew (30 & gay) mentioned that he just realized Easter is actually a specific day that Christ rose from the dead and not the floating holiday the sheep celebrate. Great conversation. He believes his gay lifestyle is against God too. He was the most awake out of the 20+ crew. Best conversation I’ve had with a family member at a family gathering in about 4 yrs.

Pretty chilled today 🙄 live with my nursing professor "daughters "so to say they're sleeping is an understatement. Throw in major TDS and you can imagine the rest. My sleepy family were all sending Happy Easter messages out today. I responded with Happy Spring. We stayed home and I put together a taco bar with freshly fried shells and homemade refried beans for the 3 of us. It was a great day.

I've known for a very long time that Easter was pagan so I always celebrate Resurrection Day instead. My husband is steadfastly, stubbornly asleep - worse than ever.

Spent the most of my day by myself, because the family thinks I'm losing my mind, except my baby brother, (54). He lives close by, and he & his other half listen to me. Yes, I'm an old fart (67), but I still have a mind, that is not lost yet, lol. I talked with the waitress where I went to eat, and she knows what is going on, until I tell her things, that she had no idea of, that she had no idea of. The waitress told me that all these holidays are nothing but money grabbers, I agreed with her. She will be calling me when she can. I did not tell anyone Happy Easter, or happy Resurrection Day, since Christ has always been here. He never died, as he had a family of his own. Christ came to see me at the start of this movement, and told me to continue with what I am doing to find the truth. I hope everyone had a great day.
