In 1977 William Bone bought the ranch and re-named it Sycamore Valley Ranch.

Michael Jackson visited Sycamore Valley Ranch in 1983. It was here the music video “Say Say Say” was shot with
Paul McCartney.
We know who controlled The Beatles.
