TAVISTOCK: I’m going to do a deeper dive on Tavistock, but wanted to give you a quick summary of who they are, because it does come up frequently in Truther videos, and is relevant to our discussion today.
Tavistock Institute,which is located in London, was created in 1932 and was originally funded by The Rockefellers. Tavistock Institute developed the mass brain-washing techniques which were first used experimentally on American prisoners of war in Korea.
They also created “crowd control methods” using the same technology in the V2K patents (which we will discuss).
Most social engineering projects originate out of Tavistock.

Deep Dream 2 Was a program used by Google and Twitter to manipulate minds, and sway political opinion.
Every time you go on the internet, the people at companies like Google and Facebook, take information about each of us (through our internet searches, Facebook likes, etc) and sell it…and then companies that buy that information use it to push an agenda, or get us to buy products.
I did a DEEP DIVE into this program on May 6th.

The essence of the project was to force the consciousness of people to leave the body and take root into the consciousness of other people in a state of sleep.
After that, someone else's consciousness could control this person or communicate with him. The program was abandoned in 1979 when President Carter found out about it.

The purpose was to have a military advantage over the enemy in combat, but was also used on regular citizens to push the Cabal’s agenda.
The effect of using electromagnetic weaponry was: paralysis of thought processes, panic, stupor, nausea, vomiting, uncontrollable laughter, and anger. In the case of using it in combat…it forced the enemy to make unexpected physical movements.
