By this point in 1983 some people associated with the Project thought the project had gone too far… so they decided to sabotage it.
A remote viewer (someone with psychic abilities) planted a seed in Duncan’s head to think about a monster. When Duncan was in the Montauk chair he thought about a monster, and a beast-who they named “Junior”-(see attached pictures) was brought up through Duncan’s subconscious mind.

Dr. Von Neuman figured out that the “time loop” that was created in 1943 from the Philadelphia Experiment… had to be shut down.
They sent Duncan and his brother Ed back to August 12th 1943 (via that time portal that was created), to return to the USS Eldridge in order to stop the ship from spinning in hyperspace.
Once the brothers returned to 1943, they took axes and smashed the generators, coils, and all the equipment used for the invisibility project. Eventually the ship returned to its original point in space (and about three hours later in time).
Once the Philadelphia Experiment was shut down through the brother’s efforts, The Montauk Experiment also officially shut down on that day.

The story of what happened to Duncan and Ed Cameron are embedded in the deep dive I did on May 18th. Interestingly, the mind control techniques that were created at Montauk, were used on the survivors of these experiments. They wanted them to forget about the experiments, and make them believe that the experiments never happened.
MK Ultra is not foolproof. Over time many victims' memories can and do return. This is exactly what happened with Duncan, Ed, and Preston Nichols (another victim of Montauk. He wrote the book: The Montauk Experiment, Experiments in Time). Their memories returned through “triggers.”
Once their memories were triggered, much of their lost memories about the experiments returned.
