Although the Philadelphia Experiment was considered a huge success, in terms of the goal of the project to make ships invisible, it was considered a failure with regards to the sailors who died.

Because of the terrible things that happened to the crew, the Navy shelved the project.

Eventually, in 1947,
Dr. Von Neumann was able to get the Navy to re-activate the project.

The project was moved to Brookhaven National Labratories with Dr. Von Neumann and his associates.

The project was re-named: Phoenix I.

Around this same time, in 1947, Wilhelm Reich handed the US Government a weather control device, a device that would do DOR-busting (Deadly orgone radiation).
Reich thought that if he could decrease the amount of “DOR” in the atmosphere, then weather storms would not be so violent.

DOR is the result of orgone energy coming into contact with an enclosed radioactive source.

The government sent the device up into a weather storm and it did as they thought it would… reduce the intensity of the storm. The government liked it, so they started another phase of the Phoenix project, where they designed “radiosondes.” and started launching them in large numbers, about 200 to 500 per day into the sky (attached to balloons). The radio in these devices had a range of about 100 miles.

The government did not want to tell the public they were using weather control devices. These secret weather experiments were actually the genesis of what became the Montauk Experiment…a combination of Wilhelm Reich’s work and the Philadelphia Experiment.

There were two separate projects going on with Phoenix One. You had the invisibility aspect, and the development of Wilhelm Reich’s weather control.

Toward the end of the Phoenix project, by using some of Wilhelm Reich’s concepts and some of the transmission schemes used from the “radiosonde” project, they found that you could combine the two -factors and use them for MIND CONTROL.

After political circles found out about these secret weather experiments, they wanted it shut down. The people that were running the Phoenix I Project decided to push their agenda further…they went to the military and proposed they could use this “technology” to “influence the minds of the enemy”.

The military loved the idea, and let them use the old Montauk Air Force Base to conduct these “mind control” experiments..

Among the equipment requested by the scientists and leaders of the Phoneix I project was: an old SAGE radar unit, which was already on the abandoned base. The base was shut down and everything on the base was auctioned off. The group then moved in from Brookhaven Labs. That began what was called “Phoenix Two”.

Dr. Von Neumann, Jack Pruitt, and the scientists spent the first ten years, from 1969 to 1979, researching pure mind control. They started out by taking the output of the SAGE radar, modulating the special wave that Reich had shown them from the weather control process, and combine it with something they noticed from the Philadelphia Experiment.

The first part of the mind control project was to take an individual, and stand them about 250 feet away from an antenna they had put together for the experiments. The SAGE radar had a peak pulse power of .5 MW (Megawatts). The antenna had a gain of 30db. That means an effective radiated power of at least one gigawatt…an enormous amount of power!!
Can you imagine what that would do to people? It is so powerful it could easily burn out brain functions, or cause neurological damage.
They tried this with a number of people. Sadly, there were few survivors.

Where did they get the volunteers for their experiments?

They were just grabbing indigent people off the street and throwing them in front of the radar beam. Eventually someone had the idea to put the subjects in direct line with the fain horn of the antenna. This gave them the results, without burning the people up.

They found out that by varying the phase modulation, they could have profound effects on a person's mind.

Because the Camp Hero was an abandoned and derelict base, they were able to have the perfect “cover story” for their experiments, because no one there to keep eyes on these projects.

The original money to fund these experiments came from the Nazi Government.

In 1944 there was an American troop train that went through a French railroad tunnel carrying $10 billion in Nazi gold which they had found. It was $10 billion at the 1944 price of $20 per ounce. The train was blown up in the tunnel. It killed 51 American soldiers. The gold turned up ten years later at Montauk. That money was used to finance the project for many years as the value of gold went up. They spent all of it and ran out of money. That’s when they tapped ITT, who funded the remainder of the project. ITT was owned by Krupp in Germany.

In terms of personnel, many of the civilians and scientists that conducted the experiments were all ex-Nazi’s who came from Germany (think Project Paperclip, which I will discuss in a few weeks), both before and after the war ended. The project was under US Government surveillance. The intelligence community knew what was going on and the C*I*A monitored everything, as did other government intelligence agencies. The field of players who actually operated on the base was small…between 30 and 50 people.

They estimate that they took 10,000 American children off the streets and brought them to Montauk. They were subjected to programming which eventually became more “humane” using advanced electronic techniques.

If you recall, the “Montauk” chair was used in the Montauk experiments. This chair was essentially a mind amplifier. The government would have specially trained individuals sit in the chair and generate thoughtforms, which would be amplified and transmitted.

Eventually they were able to get those in the Montauk chair to “manifest” anything that was on the airbase. For example, they could get the person in the chair to think about a can of Budweiser...and a can of Budweiser (which one of the personnel drank) would appear.

Eventually this “manifestation” of thought was what brought the Project to a screeching halt.

Tomorrow I will explain what happened next, and how it led to the end of the Montauk Experiment and the secret “Mind Control” experimentations.

Mother Earth has “Ley lines”...lines or energy highways… that crisscross around the world.

The energy that flows along these lines is a mixture of the energy that comes from water, minerals, and elements like gold. The points where these ley lines cross, creates a concentrated energy source that can be harnessed by certain individuals.
The Great Pyramids and other powerful monuments, are built on the intersection of ley lines.

The facility at Camp Hero, where the Montauk Project took place, was also built on an intersection of ley lines. This created an extra energy source and a special electromagnetic field that could be tapped into.

At the beginning of yesterday’s presentation I talked about the Philadelphia Experiment and the “invisibility” project that went sideways. On August 12, 1943, using Tesla technology, the USS Eldridge not only disappeared, it went into hyperspace.

Brothers Ed and Duncan Cameron, two of the sailors aboard the USS Eldridge when the ship went into a time-bending vortex, knew something terribly wrong was happening with the ship. They tried to disconnect the wires to the generators and coils that were giving enormous power to generate the invisibility project. Feeling scared and unsure, the brothers decided to jump off the ship. Rather than falling into the water, the brothers got sucked up into a vortex (wormhole), and time traveled 40 years into the future…to August 12, 1983…at Camp Hero where the Montauk Project was taking place. Crazy…right?!!

When they arrived they were quickly escorted downstairs by the secret intelligence agents…to meet with Dr. John Neumann. Remember…Dr Von Neumann took over the Philadelphia experiment when Tesla quit in 1943. He also re-activated the Philadelphia Experiment in 1947. At this point the project name was changed to: Phoenix I.

By now Dr. Von Neumann had aged naturally and was an older man. The brothers, on the other hand, looked 25. Dr. Von Neumann had 40 years to figure out what had happened with the Philadelphia experiment… and was expecting the brothers to appear on the exact day they appeared.

An important thing to keep in mind.. There were two tests going on that were exactly 40 years apart to the day. It was a 40 year separation in hyperspace. Earth itself has a biorhythm that peaks on a 20 year cycle…in this case it was on August 12th. It “just happened” to peak and provide the connecting link through the fields of the Earth, for the two experiments to lock up in hyperspace.

This combined energy gave Duncan the power to manifest and materialize objects, just by thinking about them.

In addition to the mind control experiments, the scientists were able to create working time portals (tunnels) through which people (namely children) could travel through time. Many kids were lost during these experiments.
