Many Monarch victims are/were children of high-ranking military officers.
Jim Morrison was one of those children. Jim’s father was Rear Admiral George Stephen Morrison. He commanded the United States naval forces in the Gulf of Tonkin during a false flag attack.

On Monday of this week we started the discussion of MK Ultra mind control.
Today we are going to discuss some of the origins of MK Ultra. Interestingly, there is a tie-in between the Philadelphia Experiment that occurred in 1943…and the Montauk Project that happened 40 years later. MK Ultra was the third arm of this “tie-in.
To better understand today’s presentation, it might be helpful to review both of these projects that were presented on May 18th.

Back in the 1930’s, using technology discovered by Nikola Tesla…coupled with ideas from Albert Einstein, the Navy began experimenting with invisibility projects.
This was called the
Rainbow Project.
The name was later changed to The Philadelphia Experiment.
The Navy & the scientists wanted to devise a way to make ships invisible from the enemy.
By the early 1940s the scientists were able to successfully make a ship disappear…not only from radar detection…but physically as well.
Tesla was very concerned about doing these experiments with sailors on board, and made it clear he needed much more time to perfect this technology.
By now World War II was in full swing. The military had a great sense of urgency, and were unwilling to wait. Due to ethical concerns, Tesla quit the project, and handed the “keys” over to Dr. John von Neumann.
This was called the

On August 12, 1943, with a small crew on board, the Navy were able to successfully make the USS Eldridge disappear.
Unfortunately when the ship re-materialized, some very bad things happened!
Some sailors died, most went crazy, some were embedded within the structure of the ship, and a few re-materialized inside out.
Two brothers aboard the USS Eldridge…Ed and Duncan Cameron…knew something went terribly wrong while the ship was spinning in “hyperspace.”
The crew tried desperately to turn off the power to the generators…but nothing worked.
Scared about what to do, both brothers jumped off the ship, and time traveled inside an energy vortex, to the date August 14, 1983.
They ended up at the abandoned Air force base: Camp Hero…where the Montauk Project was taking place.

Although the Philadelphia Experiment was considered a huge success, in terms of the goal of the project to make ships invisible, it was considered a failure with regards to the sailors who died.
Because of the terrible things that happened to the crew, the Navy shelved the project.
Eventually, in 1947,
Dr. Von Neumann was able to get the Navy to re-activate the project.
The project was moved to Brookhaven National Labratories with Dr. Von Neumann and his associates.
The project was re-named: Phoenix I.

Around this same time, in 1947, Wilhelm Reich handed the US Government a weather control device, a device that would do DOR-busting (Deadly orgone radiation).
Reich thought that if he could decrease the amount of “DOR” in the atmosphere, then weather storms would not be so violent.
DOR is the result of orgone energy coming into contact with an enclosed radioactive source.
The government sent the device up into a weather storm and it did as they thought it would… reduce the intensity of the storm. The government liked it, so they started another phase of the Phoenix project, where they designed “radiosondes.” and started launching them in large numbers, about 200 to 500 per day into the sky (attached to balloons). The radio in these devices had a range of about 100 miles.

The government did not want to tell the public they were using weather control devices. These secret weather experiments were actually the genesis of what became the Montauk Experiment…a combination of Wilhelm Reich’s work and the Philadelphia Experiment.
