Today I’m going to talk about “Project Monarch”. Of all the topics I’ve researched this far, it is the one that disturbs me the most.
I watched a video last night that brought me to tears.

Monarch Programming is an extension method of mind control used for covert purposes.
It is a continuation of “Project MK-ULTRA”. They can create a mind-controlled slave who can be triggered at anytime, and to perform any action required by the handler.
Over 2 million Americans have gone through this program.

Monarch programming is a mind-control technique comprising elements of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD). It utilizes a combination of psychology, neuroscience and occult rituals to create “alter personas” also called “slaves” that can be triggered and programmed by their handlers.

Monarch slaves are used by several organizations, that are connected with the world elite….organizations such as sports, Hollywood & the entertainment industry, and music.

One of the earliest writings, referencing the use of occultism to manipulate the mind can be found in the “Egyptian Book of the Dead”.
It is a compilation of rituals…which are utilized by today’s secret societies.

The book describes methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions, and the casting of spells.. resulting in the total enslavement of the victim.

Monarch programming includes black magic, sorcery and demon possession.

One of the first people to conduct trauma-based mind control studies was
Josef Mengele, a physician working in N--i concentration camps.

He is mostly known for performing grisly human experiments on camp inmates, including children, for which Mengele was called the “Angel of Death”.

Mengele is infamous for his human experiments on concentration camp prisoners…especially on twins. A part of his work that is rarely mentioned however, is his research on mind control. Much of his research in this field was confiscated, and is still classified to this day.

Dr. Joseph Mengele was the principle developer of the Monarch Project and MK Ultra mind control programs.

1600 other high ranking Nazis were secretly moved into the United States after World War II.

This was called Operation Paperclip.
(We discussed that topic as well as MK Ultra extensively in June and August 2022. The topics are pinned to the top of channel).

The Nazis conducted their work in secret underground military bases.

The torturer of innocent human beings were kept out of sight in U.S. underground military facilities…also known as DUMBS.

These DUMBs, which gradually became home to thousands upon thousands of American children, including those snatched off the streets (think missing children), and placed into iron bar cages stacked from floor to ceiling as part of the ‘training’.

“The primary or initial torture for many children in western U.S. was done at China Lake, California.

The base was set up to test “new weapons.”
Evidently, the “weapons” were mind-controlled victims.

The Monarch Mind Control was carried out in large airplane hangers on the base, which was able to house thousands of tiny cages just large enough for human babies.

According to people who worked in the hangers, “batches” consisted of 2,000-3,000 babies. Many survivors remember the thousands of cages housing little children from floor to ceiling.
The cages were hot wired (electrified on the ceiling, bottom and sides) so that the children who were locked inside could receive horrific electric shocks to their bodies…in an effort to groom their minds to split into multiple personalities.

These cages were called ‘Woodpecker Grids’. The victims were given a flash of light when high D.C. voltage was applied. Later, this flash of light was used with hypnotic induction to make the person think they were going into another dimension.

In the “Peter Pan” programming, the Programmers told the slaves the flash was “riding the light.” Sadly, after the small child endured the Woodpecker Grid cage for days..they then were sexually raped. The rape was intentionally brutal so that it could be as traumatic as possible. 😢😢

Most of the “technical” people on the base were civilians...Illuminati mind-control experts. Much of the work at the facility was for the intelligence agencies (i.e. C*I*A) and not the military.

Monarch programmers cause intense trauma to subjects through the use of electroshock, torture, abuse and mind games in order to force them to dissociate from reality – a natural response in some people when they are faced with unbearable pain.

The subject’s ability to DISSOCIATE is a major requirement in the Monarch Program., Children, that come from families with multiple generations of abuse, are the easiest minds to split.

Mental dissociation enables the handlers to create “walled-off personas” in the subject’s psyche, which can then be programmed and triggered at will.

Trauma-based mind control programming can be defined as systematic torture that blocks the victim’s capacity for conscious processing.

First, they are given drugs, and then are sensory deprived; oxygen deprived; over-stimulated, sexually abused, terrorized, etc.

Then they employ “suggestion” and/or “classical and operant conditioning”...to implant thoughts, directives, and perceptions in the unconscious mind. This forces the victim to: feel, think, or perceive things, for the purposes of the programmer.

Once “programmed” the victim follows directives with no conscious awareness.. including doing things that would be in clear violation of the victim’s moral principles, and spiritual convictions.

Monarch mind control is named after the Monarch butterfly – an insect who begins its life as a worm (representing undeveloped potential) and, after a period of cocooning (programming) is reborn as a butterfly (the Monarch slave).

According to Lone Wolf, one of our fellow Deep Divers, “The reason they call it Project Monarch…when they cut the brain in half from side-to-side, the inside looks like a butterfly.”
That makes sense, as the Monarch victims have split personalities.

The victim/survivor is called a “slave” by the programmer/handler.
About 75% are female since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate more easily than males.
Monarch handlers seek the compartmentalization of their subject’s psyche in multiple and separate alter personas using trauma to cause dissociation.

The following is a partial list of these forms of torture:

1. Abuse and torture

2. Confinement in boxes, cages, coffins, etc, or burial (often with an opening or air-tube for oxygen)

3. Restraint with ropes, chains, cuffs, etc.

4. Near-drowning

5. Extremes of heat and cold, including submersion in ice water and burning chemicals.

7. Spinning

8. Blinding light

9. Electric shock

10. Forced ingestion of offensive body fluids and matter

11. Hang in painful positions or upside down

12. Hunger and thirst

13. Sleep deprivation

14. Compression with weights and devices

15. Sensory deprivation

16. Drugs to create illusion, confusion, and amnesia, often given by injection or intravenously

17. Ingestion or intravenous toxic chemicals to create pain or illness, including chemotherapy agents

18. Limbs pulled or dislocated

19. Application of snakes, spiders, maggots, rats, and other animals to induce fear and disgust

20. Near-death experiences, commonly asphyxiation by choking or drowning, with immediate resuscitation

22. Forced to perform or witness abuse, torture and sacrifice of animals, usually with knives (very common with Super Soldiers…a topic I will dive into down the road).

24. Abuse to become pregnant; the fetus is then aborted for ritual use, or the baby is taken for sacrifice or enslavement

25. Spiritual abuse to cause victim to feel possessed, harassed, and controlled internally by spirits or demons.

27. Abuse and illusion to convince victims that God is evil, such as convincing a child that God has abused her
The list goes on…

The basis for the success of the Monarch mind-control programming is that different personalities or personality parts called “alters” can be created who do not know each other, but who can take the body at different times.
The amnesia walls that are built by traumas, form a protective shield of secrecy that protects the abusers from being found out.

The front “alters” can be wonderful and sweet, and the deeper alters can be evil or satanic. Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde effect.

Think about Hollywood stars who seem sweet one day, and are off the rails the next. (Lindsay Lohan, Brittney Spears).

Due to the severe trauma caused by: electric shock therapy, abuse and other methods, the mind splits off into alternate personalities from the core.

“Multiple Personality Disorder” or “Dissociative Identity Disorder” is THE basis for MONARCH programming.

Levels of Monarch Programming:
The levels of Monarch Programming identify the slave’s “functions” and are named after the (EEG) brainwaves associated with them: Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Theta.

The most common two in the Monarch Project are “Beta” and “Delta”

BETA is referred to as “sexual” programming (slaves). This programming eliminates all learned moral convictions. “Cat” alters may come out at this level.
“Kitten programming”’is the most visible kind of programming we see with female celebrities, models, actresses, and singers. In Pop culture, clothing with feline prints often denotes Kitten programming. Think Katy Perry.

DELTA is known as “killer” programming and was originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e.Mossad) in covert operations. Subjects are devoid of fear, and are very systematic and courageous in carrying out their assignment. “Self-destruct” or suicide instructions are layered in the programming at this level. Think Ted Kaczynski.

Many Monarch victims are/were children of high-ranking military officers.
Jim Morrison was one of those children. Jim’s father was Rear Admiral George Stephen Morrison. He commanded the United States naval forces in the Gulf of Tonkin during a false flag attack.
