The subjects of these experiments were people who applied to the Allan Memorial Institute with minor problems, such as neurosis, anxiety, or postpartum depression.

Dr Cameron used various chemical agents (nerve agents, LSD, and psychotropic drugs), as well as electroconvulsive “shock” therapy.

Dr. Cameron’s objectives were to break down behavior and personality, erase memories, and completely alter the individual’s mind.

Cameron would administer electrical shocks as high as 150 volts/ two to three times-a-day… for 30 days.
This exceeded the recommended amount of 110-volts/day for less than a second.

His research project continued on for another two years. The C*I*A was funding his project.

Side note...these were the type of experiments L Ron Hubbard was completely opposed to on an ethical basis.

Dianetics was founded on the principles that could not only block these “brain washing”experiments from working...it could also undo any brain washing that had already occurred.

Sadly it got worse for the participants…they were also continuously injected with chemical agents for several months, or were given enough electric shocks that forced them into an unconscious state. At the same time...the victims of the experiments were forced to listen to tape recordings that were placed on “repeat''. These recordings were sounds or commands.

Dr. Cameron continued to experiment until he identified an official procedure that would alter a patient’s mind:

1. De-Patterning...Break the mind down: Intensive electroshocks of 150 volts for two to three times a day for 30 day.

2. Intense Repetition: Force the victim to listen to a tape recordings that were placed on repeat for 16 hours a day…for 6-7 days.

3. Sensory Isolation: Forcibly cover the victim’s eyes and ears, to deprive their senses.

4. Repression of the Driving Period: Place the patient into a coma through use of various mind-altering drugs. Patients would sleep between 7-10 days

The word about these experiments hit the streets.

Subsequent to these experiments, the political scandal caused by the results of the MK ULTRA were in an uproar.

This led to the adoption of much stricter laws ensuring “informed consent” in any experiments with people.

One of the branches of “MK Ultra” was Project Artichoke, which aimed at the destruction of the individual. This is also called Project Monarch. (More on that tomorrow).

There were other MK Ultra experiments that were conducted outside of Montreal.
These unethical experiments were carried out both in the laboratory, and in the domestic environment...including the introduction of chemicals to unsuspecting people.

The CIA would try to find volunteers for their experiments, or the agency would dose their own employees unknowingly and observe what would happen to them.

In one experiment called “Operation Midnight Climax”, the C*I*A hired prostitutes to lure back potential subjects into a safe flat where they were then drugged with LSD.
The subjects were then observed behind a one way mirror with CIA agents recording them.

In 1956 New York, together with the department of special operations of the US Army, carried out OPERATION BIG CITY.

This experiment was essentially biological weapons testing on US Citizens.

With the help of special devices mounted in the car, special powder and gas were sprayed over a distance of 75 miles.

The experiment was aimed at identifying the behavior of people caught in the “poisoning zone”, their degree of poisoning and stamina.

In order not to attract the attention of the general public, including physicians…The C*I*A searched for assistants to professors, and performed separate studies in universities. clinics, and correctional institutions.

It is known that experiments related to the “Project MK-Ultra”, were carried out at the Boston Hospital, at the University of Illinois Medical School, at Columbia, Oklahoma and Rochester Universities, etc.

The Military also got involved in MK Ultra Programs:

In the midst of the Cold War, the C*I*A conducted research on the new synthetic drug: LSD.
LSD (lysergic acid diethyl-amide) was discovered in Switzerland in 1938.
LSD was of great interest to the C*I*A , since the major effect of this mind-altering drug was the potential breakdown of a person’s personality for handling anxiety.

The goal of their experiments was to see how certain drugs could bring out deep confessions in people.

They also performed mind wipes, followed by reprogramming.

In 1965, the Clowns-In-America 🤡 (C*I*A) was in possession of 90% of the entire world’s supply of LSD, and 99% of the world's research into LSD was done by the 🤡🤡

With this knowledge, they then used it to pacify Americans to destroy the anti-war movement.

🤡Scientists also began to analyze the possibility of pouring a certain amount of LSD into the city’s water supply network in order to bring the residents of the city to a “serene state” and make them forget about the need to defend themselves.

Experiments that were also used in Project MK-ULTRA were sensory deprivation, hypnosis, psychological abuse, use of methamphetamines, mushrooms aka psilocybin, barbiturates combined with amphetamines…all to get patients to give out secrets.

Monarch Programming is an extension method of mind control used for covert purposes.
It is a continuation of “Project MK-ULTRA”. They can create a mind-controlled slave who can be triggered at anytime, and to perform any action required by the handler.
Over 2 million Americans have gone through this program.

Monarch programming is a mind-control technique comprising elements of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD). It utilizes a combination of psychology, neuroscience and occult rituals to create “alter personas” also called “slaves” that can be triggered and programmed by their handlers.

Monarch slaves are used by several organizations, that are connected with the world elite….organizations such as sports, Hollywood & the entertainment industry, and music.

One of the earliest writings, referencing the use of occultism to manipulate the mind can be found in the “Egyptian Book of the Dead”.
It is a compilation of rituals…which are utilized by today’s secret societies.

The book describes methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions, and the casting of spells.. resulting in the total enslavement of the victim.

Monarch programming includes black magic, sorcery and demon possession.

One of the first people to conduct trauma-based mind control studies was
Josef Mengele, a physician working in N--i concentration camps.

He is mostly known for performing grisly human experiments on camp inmates, including children, for which Mengele was called the “Angel of Death”.

Mengele is infamous for his human experiments on concentration camp prisoners…especially on twins. A part of his work that is rarely mentioned however, is his research on mind control. Much of his research in this field was confiscated, and is still classified to this day.

Dr. Joseph Mengele was the principle developer of the Monarch Project and MK Ultra mind control programs.

1600 other high ranking Nazis were secretly moved into the United States after World War II.

This was called Operation Paperclip.
(We discussed that topic as well as MK Ultra extensively in June and August 2022. The topics are pinned to the top of channel).

The Nazis conducted their work in secret underground military bases.

The torturer of innocent human beings were kept out of sight in U.S. underground military facilities…also known as DUMBS.

These DUMBs, which gradually became home to thousands upon thousands of American children, including those snatched off the streets (think missing children), and placed into iron bar cages stacked from floor to ceiling as part of the ‘training’.

“The primary or initial torture for many children in western U.S. was done at China Lake, California.

The base was set up to test “new weapons.”
Evidently, the “weapons” were mind-controlled victims.

The Monarch Mind Control was carried out in large airplane hangers on the base, which was able to house thousands of tiny cages just large enough for human babies.

According to people who worked in the hangers, “batches” consisted of 2,000-3,000 babies. Many survivors remember the thousands of cages housing little children from floor to ceiling.
The cages were hot wired (electrified on the ceiling, bottom and sides) so that the children who were locked inside could receive horrific electric shocks to their bodies…in an effort to groom their minds to split into multiple personalities.

These cages were called ‘Woodpecker Grids’. The victims were given a flash of light when high D.C. voltage was applied. Later, this flash of light was used with hypnotic induction to make the person think they were going into another dimension.

In the “Peter Pan” programming, the Programmers told the slaves the flash was “riding the light.” Sadly, after the small child endured the Woodpecker Grid cage for days..they then were sexually raped. The rape was intentionally brutal so that it could be as traumatic as possible. 😢😢

Most of the “technical” people on the base were civilians...Illuminati mind-control experts. Much of the work at the facility was for the intelligence agencies (i.e. C*I*A) and not the military.
