The commanding officer of the 509th Bomb Group was William H. Blanchard.

Blanchard spoke to Gen. Roger M. Ramey who ordered that Blanchard should send the object to Fort Worth Army Air Field for examination.

Then…

General Ramey sent out a new press release which characterized the object as a “weather balloon.”

Ramey had his staff take several pictures of the debris that was originally stated to come from the object.
❤‍🔥14
At this point there was another talking point to justify this “balloon.”
There was some talk that what was seen was related to Project Mogul.

Project Mogul was a top secret project that the US Army Air Force was involved with.
The project involved weather balloons for the detection of Soviet atomic bombs.

However, Jesse Marcel…the one who we discussed that met with Mac Brazel…later said objects in the photo published by the military was NOT the same material he brought to them!!
🔥13👍1
☝️☝️This was a possible discrepancy that would further fuel the story of a government cover-up.

Listen to what Major Jessie Marcel says about what HE saw.

He also talked about the lies General Ramey put out about the crash being a weather balloon.

Faded From the News
This entire episode quickly faded from the news cycle.

It wasn’t till much later when in 1978 Stanton Friedman…a nuclear physicist and writer…conducted an interview with Jesse Marcel about Roswell, and what has become the most well-known “UFO” incidents in history.
❤‍🔥135
Over the next 15 years several researchers (to include Friedman, Karl Pflock, William Moore, Donald Schmitt and Kevin Randle)…interested in finding out about Roswell… interviewed hundreds of people that were connected, or claimed to be connected, with the Roswell events in 1947.
.
.
.
.
.
What they reported was much different than what was being pushed out by the media and the military…
🔥5
Many authors came to the conclusion that an “alien craft”, or possibly even two, had crashed near Roswell.

In addition, they felt that several aliens, including some that were still alive, were found, and taken from the crash site.

More importantly…they made the claim that:
the military and government conducted a huge cover-up of the entire series of events.

Take note of that. ☝️
The Atomic bomb “Trinity Test” took place at what is now called White Sands (Proving Ground).
🔥19
Interesting…
The Trinity Test took place on the 33rd degree parallel.
💯19🔥7
Roswell is on the 33rd degree parallel.

Remember, what Mac Brazel found on the Foster ranch was 90 miles from Roswell. The ranch was closer to Corona, New Mexico.

So why did they call it the Rowell incidence?
