The claim that Kennedy had knowledge of “UFO crash retrieval operations” was also substantiated by British UFO researcher, Timothy Good.

Steganography is a means of concealing secret information within (or even on top of) an otherwise mundane, non-secret document or other media to avoid detection.

This “X PROTECT” group can and will employ lethal means…if need be…in order to hide the secret X-Technology that exists inside the UFO file.

Their job is/was to keep the contents of the UFO file secret…AT ALL COSTS!!

The existence of a Top Secret classified project responsible for the advanced/exotic/X/technology was supported by 3 official government documents.

The first was a document found in 1985 in the U.S. National Archives that explicitly referred to an “MJ-12 Special Studies Project”.

It was found among a group of declassified Air Force documents.

Specifically,
A memorandum was sent on 7/14/1954 by Natl Security Advisor, Robert Cutler…to General Nathan Twining.

Cutler’s memo was about scheduling a meeting for the “MJ-12 Special Studies Project” briefing.

The “Cutler-Twining memo” is among the most authoritative documents that speak to the existence of an MJ-12 Special Studies Project.

The second government document referring to a “Top Secret UFO control group” (X Protect) was a Top Secret memo from Wilbert Smith…who at the time was a senior radio engineer with the Canadian Department of Transportation.
