We started off talking about Lee Harvey Oswald…in this case Harvey Oswald…who might have been used in MK Ultra experiments on Atsugi Naval Air Station in Japan.

When Lee Oswald was 13 years old he lived in New York for one year.
This was the same time that the CIA was operating their MK Ultra Program out of a “safe house” in Greenwich Village on the corner of Bedford and Barrow Streets.

Lee Oswald was exposed to other entities that were linked to MK Ultra/Mind Control Experiments.
Due to truancy, Lee was sent to YOUTH HOUSE in Manhattan.
Many delinquent boys who were deemed incorrigible then went onto BORDENTOWN REFORMATORY. BORDENTOWN was the site of secret CIA mind control experiments in WW2 and between 1951-1964.
Did Lee go to Bordentown?
There isn’t evidence that he did, but but physicians who worked at Bordertown also performed work at Youth House. Lee went to Youth House.

John Pic, half-brother of Lee Oswald…
Pic was a Hospital Corpsman with the Coast Guard.
In early January 1952, (4 month assignment), Pic was assigned to assist with an outbreak of streptococcal bacteria at a U.S. Navy installation in Bainbridge, Maryland.
Bainbridge is about 170 miles away from Fort Detrick.
This was at the same time that the CIA initiated Project MK/NAOMI…a joint project with Fort Detrick’s Special Operations (SO) Division, developed a variety of lethal biochemical weapons that the CIA could use to target both individuals and large groups of people for incapacitation or death.
