On the right is the SCOTTISH RITE. On the left is the YORK RITE.
First one has to rise up in rank to 3rd degree Master Mason. After that one can choose to go on through either side.
32 degrees is the highest level of Scottish Rite.
The 33rd degree is an honorary degree.
Question: What does one have to do to become a 33rd degree Mason?
