Additionally, the original ZAPRUDER film was altered that weekend…prior to the publication of any of the film’s frames in LIFE magazine, and prior to its use by the Warren Commission.

We will discuss later in presentation.

As we discussed, the ZAPRUDER film was withheld from the American public for nearly 12 years.

The first opportunity Americans had to see it was on Mar. 6, 1975, when a bootleg copy of the film was broadcast on nationwide TV on ABC’s “Goodnight America” show, hosted by Geraldo Rivera.

After the uproar about the film’s 12-year suppression as a motion picture, TIME Inc/LIFE MAGAZINE decided to rid itself of the albatross, and sold the Zapruder film…and all the rights…back to Abraham Zapruder’s heirs for one dollar on April 9, 1975.

The legal status of the Zapruder film then became uncertain with the passage of the “President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act” on October 26, 1992,

After a bunch of legal maneuvers, The Zapruder film was designated as an “assassination record.”

The courts implemented a legal “taking” of the film in order to preserve it in perpetuity, for the American people…as part of the JFK Records Collection. 

The film never left the custody of the National Archives. It was just a formality.

☝️In my opinion, this was a very sneaky maneuver. You will soon understand why.

This one will blow your mind…

A Justice Department binding arbitration panel decided on 6/6/99 that Abraham Zapruder’s heirs should be given $16 MILLION in “just compensation” for the taking of the film by the U.S. government.

The U.S. Congress ponied up the money…without any resistance.

Not only did Zapruder’s heirs get $16 million for the film, they were allowed to keep the copyright, and all of the legal control over use of the film’s images that came with the copyright.

Abraham Zapruder was from the UKRAINE!!

ABRAHAM ZAPRUDER wasn’t a photographer!! He was a DRESSMAKER.

His “Jennifer Juniors” offices were on the fourth floor of the Dal-Tex Building, across the street from the Texas School Book Depository.

The Book Depository is where we were told Lee Harvey Oswald was when HE shot JFK.

COINCIDENCE???!!!

So what was actually going on in secret with the Zapruder film at NPIC in Washington DC the weekend after the assassination?

There were two distinct events that unfolded in Washington DC…surrounding the Zapruder film in secret. This occurred the weekend after the assassination.

One event involved
1. Homer McMahon-head of the NPIC color lab
2. Morgan Bennett (Ben) Hunter…Homer’s assistant.

They had to make photographic enlargements from individual frames of the Zapruder film.

The purpose of this activity was to support the creation of “briefing boards” that would be assembled by others at NPIC, using the color prints they made, for purposes and audiences unknown. 

By the way JFK was assassinated on Friday November 22, 1963.

These events occurred 1-2 days following…

McMahon and Hunter were involved with making enlargements and blowup prints…from individual frames of the Zapruder film…which were then mounted on briefing boards. 

Then there was a different event that involved DINO BRUGIONI.

Brugioni was the
Chief Information Officer at NPIC for about 25 years.
He was known as the “Briefing Board Czar.”

Brugioni presided over a distinctly different “briefing board event” than McMahon and Hunter…at NPIC the weekend following the assassination.

Brugioni ALSO used a distinctly different Zapruder film than McMahon.

Brugiioni’s crew was entirely different than McMahon’s.

The numbers of enlargements that were made by Brugioni…differed significantly than McMahon’s.

The number of briefing boards made by Brugioni was different than McMahon’s.

The format of the briefing boards made at Brugioni’s event was distinctly different than McMahon’s.

Most significantly…
the format of the Zapruder film delivered at Brugioni’s NPIC event was DISTINCTLY DIFFERENT than the format of the Zapruder film that was delivered at McMahon’s NPIC event!!
