Senator Russell was one of the most-influential Senators of his time.

Senator Russell wanted to make sure there were witnesses to what he saw.

Russell was part of the Warren Commission!

He was among the Warren Commission members who interviewed Marina Oswald...Lee Harvey Oswald's wife, in 1964!

Was Richard Russell a Freemason?
It’s been alleged that all of the members of the Warren Commission were Freemasons...with the exception of Boggs.

And we know what happened to Hale Boggs...he disappeared in Alaska and later deemed “dead” after they couldn’t find him.

Given all that...what do you make of the UFO disclosure that was just reported on?

One thing we all need to be careful with is the psyops that the CIA continues to create and push out to our Truther community.

We can not assume that black is white and white is black.

We know the Mockingbird media pushes out lies. But in the Truther community we can’t then assume that the real answer lies in the “exact opposite” of what the media pushes out.
That’s the deception. That is the PSYOP they have created for those of us seeking the truth. They create psyops for the sheep. They create psyops for the Truthers. Beware!

The real answer usually lies in the gray area.
The truth is cleverly embedded in much of what they push out. The edges are what is blurred and deceiving. We have to know what is the truth and what are the lies. The 80/20 rule is a good start.

Don’t fall for the “exact opposite” answer. We do that too much. How many “theories” that we state as emphatically true...are wrong?

Let’s do a quick review...

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was created on 7/26/47 when President Harry Truman signed the NATIONAL SECURITY ACT into law.

Truman selected mostly Military men to lead the agency.

This original group was set up to gather intel.

This original group was called the OSO or Office of Special Operations.

But then...

A subgroup of the CIA was created in March of 1948.
It was called the OFFICE OF POLICY COORDINATION. Also known as the OCO.

The OCO is the covert operation of the CIA.

The OPC was brought under the control of the CIA on October 12, 1950...at which time Walter Bedell Smith became in charge.

When Smity took the reigns
he became concerned about the size of OPC's covert operations...which had been vastly expanded in accordance with NSC 68. We will get to that in a sec.

Smith feared that the added responsibility of these covert operations would undermine the CIA's primary function: the collection of intelligence.

What was NSC 68?

It was also called:
United States Objectives and Programs for National Security

It was a 66-page top secret paper that was the
blueprint for the militarization of the Cold War from 1950 to the collapse of the Soviet Union at the beginning of the 1990s.
