ስለ ቆንጭር ( cutaneous Leishmaniasis) ምን ያክል ያውቃሉ?

ቆንጭር(cutaneous Leishmaniasis) Leishmania species በሚባሉ ጥገኛ ተዋህስያን የሚመጣ በሽታ ሲሆን ከሰው ወደ ሰው የሚተላለፈው በአሸዋ ዝንቦች ንክሻ ምክንያት ሲሆን ይህም ማለት ሴቷ የሸዋ ዝንብ በበሽታው ከተያዘ ሰው ደም በመምጠጥ ወደ ጤነኛው ሰው ወስዳ ስታሸጋግረው ነው። ነገር ግን አስቀድሞ በበሽታው የተለከፈ ሰው ከሌለ የትንኟ ንክሻ ብቻውን በሽታውን አያመጣም።

በዓለማችን ከ 20 በላይ የሌሽማኒያ እና ከ 500 በላይ የአሽዋ ዝንብ ዝርያዎች ሲኖሩ ከእነዚህ መካከል ወደ 30 የሚጠጉት የአሸዋ ዝንብ አይነቶች ብቻ በሽታውን ከሰው ወደ ሰው ያስተላልፋሉ። የአሸዋ ዝንብ(sand fly) በመጠን ከወባ ትንኝ ሲሶ ያክል ሲሆኑ የመገኛ ምሽጋቸው የምስጥ ቤት፣ የቀይ ግራር ቅርፊት፣ ዋልካ አፈርና በተለይ ጨለም ያለና ብስባሽ የሚበዛበት አካባቢ ነው

የበሽታው ምልክት በአሸዋ ዝንቦች በተነደፈው የሰውነት ክፍል በብዛት በአፍና አፍንጫ አካባቢ የሚወጣ ቁስለት ሲሆን ከንፈርና አፍንጫን እስከመቆራረጥ ብሎም እስከ ዓይነስውርነት ሊያደርስ ይችላል።

ቆንጭር ( cutaneous Leishmania) በሀገራችን በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች የሚገኝ ሲሆን በምዕ/ጎጃም ዞን ደጋ ዳምትና ቋሪት ወረዳዎች እንዲሁም በአዊ ዞን በስፋት ይስተዋላል። ይህንም ምክንያት በማድረግ ህክምናው በፍኖተሰላም ጠ/ሆስፒታል በነፃ የሚሰጥ ሲሆን ባለፉት ስድስት ወራት ብቻ ከ20 በላይ ታካሚዎች ከበሽታቸው ተፈውሰዋል። ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ምልክቶች ካስተዋሉ ወደ ሆስፒታላችን በመምጣት ምርመራ ያድርጉ ።

ጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስትር በ 2014 አ.ም በሰጠዉ ሀገር አቀፍ የስፔሻሊቲ ትምህርት እድል መግቢያ ፈተና ወስደን ፈተናውን በማለፍ በተለያዩ ዩኒቨርስቲዎች የስፔሻሊቲ ፕሮግራም ትምህርታችንን በመከታተል የምንገኝ ሬዚደንት ሀኪሞች...የሚኒስቴር መስሪያቤቱ ለስፖንሰርሽፕነት መያዣ ያስቀመጠው የዋስ መመሪያ በጣም ውስንና አስቸጋሪ (የሀገራችን ነባራዊ ሁኔታ ያላገናዘበ ) በመሆኑ ለእንግልት እየተዳረግና ትምህርታችን ለመከታተል እየተቸገርን እንገኛለን።

1. አብዛኞቻችን ከ80% በላይ የሚሆነውን  የሀገራችን ሕብረተሰብ ክፍል የሚሸፍነው የአርሶ አደር ልጆች በመሆናችን

2. ውስን የሆኑ የወር ደምወዝ ተከፋይ የቤተሰብ አባላት ቢኖሩም አሁን ባለው አገራዊ ተጨባጭ የደመወዝ እርከን ሁኔታ የደመወዝ መጠናቸው ከ 10,000 ብር በታች በመሆኑ ዋስ ለማግኘት አስቸጋሪ ሆኖብናል።

ይባስ ብሎ የተለያዩ ዩኒቨርስቲዎች በውስጥ ማስታወቂያ የውል ስምምነቱን በዚህ ሁለት ሳምንት ውስጥ ያላጠናቀቁ ሀኪሞች ወርሀዊ ደመወዝም ይሁን ሌሎች ጥቅማጥቅሞች እንደማይከፈሏቸው ጤና ጥበቃን ዋቢ አድረገው እያሳወቁ ይገኛሉ። ይህም ትምህርታችንን ለመቀጠል አስቸጋሪ ሁኔታ ውስጥ እንድንገባ አድርጎናል።

በጋራ በመወያየትም ሚኒስቴሩ ቢያይልን ብለን ያስቀመጥናቸው ነጥቦች...

1. የሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ወረቀታችን ወጭውን በአገልግሎት እስከምንሸፍን ድረስ ቢያዝ

2. የሰው ዋስትና ቁጥሩ ባይወሰንና በድምር ወርሀዊ ገቢያቸው መሰረት ቢሆን ማለትም
-ባለ አንድ ሰው ዋስ ከሆነ ወርሀዊ ገቢው ከ 20,000 ብር በላይ
- ባለ ሁለት ሰው ዋስ ከሆነ ወርሀዊ ገቢያቸው የእያንዳንዳቸው ከ10,000 ብር በላይ
-ባለ ሶስት ሰው ዋስ ከሆነ ወርሀዊ ገቢያቸው የእያንዳንዳቸው ከ7,000 ብር በላይ ቢሆን

3. ሌሎች አማራጮች ማለትም እንደ የቤት ካርታ : የንግድ ፈቃድ እንዲሁም የመሬት ይዞት ካርታ ቢጨመሩ

4. ከላይ የተጠቀሱትንና የእኛን መቸገር ከግምት በማስገባት የጊዜ ገደቡ ቢራዘም (ከ 6 ወር እስከ 1 ዓመት) እንላለን።
