My dearest and nearest seniors and residents,distinguished and lively contemporary general practitioners let us stand united and change this ugliest and elderly health system led by deafmute and irrationally working jungles!! We were z forerunners in our respective age in our achievement

1)why then we fail to earn what we deserve guys??? Even we have lost z dignity we deserve as a human being.

2)Where is the gap to be filled and fixed??

3)Who else come to set us free from all this hellish and corrupted system??

If we can't do so,silence means agreement and we will be shouldering every man's load of complex. Days are counting and we are getting retired and tired of this system, let us change and serve our society.

እኛ ስለጥርስ እንጂ ንቅሳቱን አለጠየቅንም።
በሕግ እንጂ በልምድ መመራት ይብቃን። ብዙ ነገር ተአምር ሊሠሩ የሚገባቸው እጆች እና ጭንቅላቶች ባክነው አይቅሩ። ጤናን ባለጤና ይምራው።ሆዳም እና ራስ ወዳድ ካለም ከመካከላችን ይታረም።

ሲኒየር፤ሪዚደንት፤ጠቅላላ ሐኪም ሁሉም ነገ ከኋላህ የሚመጣው ወንድምህ፣እሕትህ።ልጅህ ነዎና ዛሬን አስተካክለህ እለፍ። ሐኪም ለመሆን ልጅነትህን ሳታውቀው፣የግቢ ሕይወቱ ሳይገባህ፣ወጠህም እንቅልፍ እና እረፍት በሌለው ሥራ ተጠምደህ እና በንባብ አሳልፈህ እየኖርክ፣ማህበራዊ ኑሮ፣ የቤተሰብ ጨዋታ፣የትዳር ሕይወት ጊዜ ሳይኖርህ እንዴት ያለ ሐሳብ እንኳን ኪራይ ከፍለህ ለመኖር የሚያስችል ክፍያ ትነፈጋለህ???

ታመህ በገንዘብ ምክንያት ለስንት ሰው ከፈጣሪ ጋር ሕይወት እንዳልሆንክ፣ ሰው በአዳንክበት አልጋ ሕክምና አጠህ ትሞታለህ??

NEW WHO GUIDELINES FOR TREATING VISCERAL LEISHMANIASIS IN HIV PATIENTS

They are based on a study conducted by the University of Gondar, ITM’s partner institution in Ethiopia

Dr Ermias Diro, then Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Gondar and now Assistant Professor at the University of Washington in Seattle, was the principle investigator of the Ethiopian study, and one of the key experts providing specialised input on clinical assessment for the WHO guidelines.
