በሶማሌ እና አፋር ክልል ለጠቅላላ ሀኪሞች የስራ ቅጥር ቢወጣም #ምንም አመልካች ጠቅላላ ሀኪም ለማግኘት አልተቻለም።

ጤና ሚኒስቴር እና ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ከልማት አጋሮች ጋር በመተባበር 2,898 አዳዲስ ምሩቃን ሀኪሞችን በሃገር አቀፍ ደረጃ በመቅጠር ወደ ስራ ለማሰማራት ከሁሉም ክልል ጤና ቢሮዎች እና ከተማ አስተዳደሮች ጋር በተደረገ ስምምነት ታህሳስ 21 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም አንድ ፕሮጀክት በይፋ መጀመሩ ይታወሳል።

ይህ እኩል በእኩል መዋጮ ፕሮጀክት የሶስት ዓመት ፕሮጀክት ሲሆን በመጀመሪያዉ የፕሮጀክት ዓመት ወደ ስራ ለማሰማራት ከታቀደው 2,898 ጠቅላላ ሐኪሞች እና በተጨማሪ ከፕሮጀክቱ በጀት ዉጪ በክልሎች ተጨማሪ በጀት ➙ 961 ሃኪሞች በድምሩ ➙ 3,701 አዳዲስ ምሩቃን ጠቅላላ ሀኪሞች ለመቅጠር ከወራት በፊት በሁሉም የከተማ አስተዳደር እና የክልል ጤና ቢሮዎች የቅጥር ማስታወቂያ ወጥቶ ነበር።

የቅጥር ማስታወቂያ ቢወጣም አመልካች ጠቅላላ ሀኪሞች በሁሉም የቅጥር ማስታወቂያ በወጣባቸው ቦታዎች ላይ #በወጥነት እንዳላመለከቱ በተደረገ ክትትል ታውቋል።

ለአብነት ያህል ፤ አዲስ አበባ ላይ ለ161 የቅጥር መደብ 2,300 ጠቅላላ ሀኪሞች ናቸው ለመቀጠር ያመለከቱት።

ከዚህ በተቃራኒ ደግሞ በአንዳንድ ክልሎች ለቅጥር ማስታወቂያ ከወጣባቸዉ መደቦች በጣም ባነሰ ቁጥር ያመለከቱ ሲሆን በአንዳንድ ክልሎች ደግሞ ምንም አመልካች አልተገኘም።

ምንም አመልካች ጠቅላላ ሀኪም ያልተገኘው ሶማሌ እና አፋር ክልሎች ላይ ነው።

እስካሁን ድረስ በአጠቃላይ 1,309 ጠቅላላ ሃኪሞች ብቻ የተቀጠሩ ሲሆን ይህም ከሚጠበቅው የቅጥር ብዛት አንፃር 35% ላይ ይገኛል።

ይህንኑ ታሳቢ በማድረግ ጠቅላላ ሃኪሞች በተለይም አዳዲስ ምሩቃን ሀኪሞች የቅጥር ማስታወቂያ በወጣባችው ክልሎች ፦
➡️ አማራ ክልል፣
➡️ አፋር ክልል፣
➡️ ቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል
➡️ ጋምቤላ ክልል፣
➡️ ኦሮሚያ ክልል፣
➡️ ሲዳማ ክልል፣
➡️ ደቡብ ክልል፣
➡️ ደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል እና ሶማሌ ክልል ለ2,392 ጠቅላላ ሃኪሞች ክፍት የሆነ የቅጥር ቦታ እንዳለ አውቀው እድሉን እንዲጠቀሙ ጤና ሚኒስቴር ጥሪ አቅርቧል።
