ሀኪሞች ከራሳችን የእለት ተለት የኑሮ ድካም በዘለለ ስለ ልጆች እና የሴቶች መብት አብዝተን መምከር ፣ መከላከል እና ለፍትህ መታገል አለብን ።

ስለልጆች ማሰብ ስለ ነገ መስራት ነው ።
ስለ ሴቶች መብት መታገል ስለ እናት ስለ እህት እና ስለ ሚስትህ መታገል ነው ።

ሁላችንም ግድ ይለናል ።

ጃንሆይ በቆይታቸው ሰው ሰው አክባሪ፤ወዲህ እንግዳ ተቀባይ፤ አካባቢው ጤፍ፣ በቆሎ፣ ዳጉሳ፣ ኑግ፣ በርበሬ እና ሌሎችንም የእህል አይነቶች የሚያበቅል፤ ሎሚ፣ ብርቱካንና ፓፓዬ እንደልብ የሚግኝበት፤ በተፈጥሮ ለምነትን የታደለ፤ መሆኑን አስተዋሉ። የባከልን ቡና ቀምሰውም በጣዕሙ ተደመሙ። ጃንሆይ ምልከታቸው በዚህ አላበቃም፡፡ የአካባቢው ህዝብ በስጋ ደዌና በቲቪ በሽታ እንደሚሰቃይ አይተው አውጥተውና አውርደው ሆስፒታል አስገነቡለት፡፡

ከ62 ዓመታት በፊት ቲቢና ስጋ ደዌ በሽታን ለማከም ታስቦና አብዛኛው ወጪው በህዝቡ ተሸፍኖ የተገነባው ፍ/ሠላም ሆስፒታል በ1976 ዓ.ም በከፍተኛ የአካባቢዉ ማህበረሰብ ተሳትፎ ማስፋፊያ ተደርጎለት በገጠር ሆስፒታል ደረጃ ለማደግ የቻለ ሲሆን፤ ከ2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ወደ ጠቅላላ ሆስፒታልነት በክልሉ ጤና ጥበቃ ቢሮ ለማደግ ችሏል፡፡ ተቋሙ 297 የጤና ባለሟያዎች እና 102 የአስተዳደር ሰራተኞች በድምሩ 399 ቋሚ ተቀጣሪ ሰራተኞችን ይዞ ለአካባቢው ማህብረሰብ አገልግሎት በመስጠት ላይ ይግኛል፡፡

በ2016 ዓ.ም 88,230 የተመላላሽ ታካሚዎችን ፣5,704 ተኝቶ ታካሚዎችን ፣ 11,462 የድንገተኛ ክፍል ታካሚዎችን፣3,479 የወሊድ አገልግሎት፣1,754 ከፍተኛ ቀዶ ጥገና ስራዎችን እና ሌሎች ዘርፈ ብዙ የሆስፒታል አገልግሎቶችን ሲሰጥ የከረመ ሲሆን በአሁኑ ሰዓት በቀን 400-600 ህሙማንን እያስተናገደ ይገኛል፡፡ ሆስፒታሉ በስሩ አምስት የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታሎች ማለትም( ፈረስ ቤት የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል፣ደምበጫ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል ፣ቡሬ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል ፣ዱርቤቴ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል ፣ሊበን የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ሆስፒታል) እንዲሁም ሶስት የከተማ ጤና ጣቢያዎችን( ቋሪት ጤና አጠባበቅ ጣቢያ፣ ጅጋ ጤና አጠባበቅ ጣቢያ ፣ፍ/ ሰላም ጤና አጠባበቅ ጣቢያ) በስሩ በክላትተር ትስስር ይዞ በመስራት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡

ይሁን እንጅ ይህ የእድሜ ባለጸጋ ሆስፒታል ከአቻዎቹ ጋር እኩል ማደግና ዘመኑን የዋጀ እንዲሁም ያለውን የታካሚ ፍሰት የሚመጥን አገልግሎት መስጠት ባለመቻሉ በተደጋጋሚ ቅሬታዎች ይነሱበታል። በቅርቡ ባዲስ መልክ የተዋቀረው የሆስፒታሉ ማኔጅመንት ይህንን ችግር ለመፍታት ኮሚቴ አቋቁሞ በመንቀሳቀስ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ኮሚቴውም ሆስፒታሉ የሚጠበቅበትን አገልግሎት በአግባቡ እንዳይሰጥ ማነቆ የሆኑበትን ችግሮች በመለዬት እንደ ችግሩ ስፋትና ክፋት በቅደም ተከተል ለመፍታት ደፋ ቀና በማለት ላይ ነው፡፡

ስለሆነም የፍኖተሰላም ከተማና አካባቢው ነዋሪዎች፣ተወልጆች፣ባልሃብቶች፣አዋቂና ታዋቂ ሰዎች፣የሚመለከታችሁ የመንግስት አካላት፣መንግስታዊና መንግስታዊ ያልሆናችሁ ድርጅቶች ሆስፒታሉን ሆስፒታል ለማስምሰል በምናደርገው እንቅስቃሴ ሁሉ ተቋሙን እንደ ራሳችሁ ቤት ቆጥራችሁ ከጎናችን እንድትቆሙ ስንል በአክብሮት እንጠይቃለን፡፡

For a long period, I had a misconception that Drs are heartless and emotionless.

In my unexpected life journey of being a Dr, I've felt a lot of emotions not enough to be expressed in words. The pain I felt in everyone's sickness is tremendous. So In my little experience becoming a Dr., I can say we Drs are humans with a mixed vanity of saving someone's life and feeling their pain.

We, Drs, are individuals with a knowledge that empathy is greater than sympathy and survival is better than a brisk of emotion.

In this lifestyle of saving people's lives, I can say art 🎨 which is a note in everyone's heartbeat, roots its way into every physician's heart. Not only is it roots, it's part of life.

We mayn't 've the time to appreciate every moment, but the desire to become an artist is in our blood.

Finally, all I can say is being a Dr. is an art and its a priceless gift given to those who are chosen.

During these discussions, it's not only the presenter who contributes; significant input comes from the Seniors and Residents sitting at the front, often with their backs to the audience.

In such discussions, observing body language is essential for fully grasping the message, and it also makes the conversations more lively.

We don't need an interior designer to fix this; it's a simple change if we recognize the issue.

Morning session room seating should be arranged for discussion. They shouldn't be like a traditional classroom.
