Ethiopian health professionals are facing significant challenges, & their voices aren't well represented in ๐ช๐น politics due to their limited involvement in political & policy-making arenas.
I believe that many of Ethiopia's brightest & most visionary leaders, who 've the potential to solve the country's problems, are in the medical field, currently focusing only on individual patient care.
Beyond contributing to peace & progress in Ethiopia, I firmly believe that establishing a political party led by medical professionals is crucial. This party aims to harness the solutions & insights from the talented & forward-thinking individuals in medicine.

As we know, our diagnostic tool is imaging. Making a diagnosis by analyzing an image demands precision, skilled hands, & experienced eyes.
Since childhood, I 've been drawing pictures of images from books or people on TV. Over time, my painting skills improved. I would draw images exactly as I saw them, capturing every detail, including lines, shadows, & curves. My artistic inclination led me to specialize in radiology after completing my undergraduate medical studies. Art significantly enhanced my ability to excel in my profession, as drawing had already made my hands dexterous & my eyes keen observers.
I advise my fellow Drs & young medical students to recognize & develop their talents, as art can greatly enhance a physician's career.
