What are doing corrupted researchers? They ignore what happened before 1999! and use the decrease between 1999 and 2000 to say "look, no death penalty means no homicides" exactly like they did previously

What other? They just consider homicides, ignoring things (like poverty / crisis / etc.), even other type of crimes.

Again, we don't know why there was so an high increase (no interest to know that too), but doesn't matter, the graph is bullshit, even if Albania never sentenced 5 people between 1997 and 1998 ...
