የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት በ2018 ትምህርት ዘመን 12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና የሚዘጋጅባቸውን የትምህርት ዓይነቶችና የክፍል ደረጃዎች ይፋ ማድረጉን የተቋሙ ዋና ዳይሬክተር እሸቱ ከበደ (ዶ/ር) ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጸዋል።

በዚሁ መሠረት ፡-

1) ፈተና የሚሰጥባቸው የትምህርት ዓይነቶች

በተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ፦
- እንግሊዘኛ
- ሒሳብ
- ስኮላስቲክ አፕቲትዩድ
- ባዮሎጂ
- ኬሚስትሪ
- ፊዝክስ

በማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ፦
° እንግሊዘኛ፣
° ሒሳብ፣
° ስኮላስቲክ አፕቲትዩድ፣
° ታሪክ፣
° ጂኦግራፊ
° ኢኮኖሚክስ ናቸው

2) ፈተናው በየትምህርት ዓይነቱ ከ9ኛ ክፍል እስከ 12ኛ ክፍል ያሉትን ሁሉንም ምዕራፎች የሚሸፍን ይሆናል።

የዝግጅት አግባቡም 9ኛ ክፍል ላይ የቀድሞውና የአዲሱ ስርዓተ ትምህርቶች የጋራ ይዘት (Common Contents) ላይ ያተኩራል።

ከ10ኛ እስከ 12ኛ ክፍል ድረስ ያለው በአዲሱ ስርዓተ ትምህርት ላይ የተመሠረተ ይሆናል። የኢኮኖሚክስ የትምህርት ዓይነት ግን በአዲሱ ስርዓተ ትምህርት መሠረት ሆኖ ከ10ኛ እስከ 12ኛ ክፍል ያለውን የሚሸፍን ይሆናል።
